Elements Massage - Elm Grove

On July 28th my 16 year old daughter booked a massage for me for my birthday for 8/2. She booked it online with Jim and put in the notes/memo that it was a birthday gift for me and she put my name. She paid for it and got a email and text confirmation. It was her first time booking and she disnt vwey good and was really excited about it. On 8/1 on my birthday she gifted it to me. it. I happened to call because i want to change the time only to find out there was no appointment. Come to find out It had been canceled by a manager and there was no email, text or phone call sent to wither one of us. After speaking with the manager today I was told that apparently Jim thought it was for a minor and he doesn't do massages on minors...even though the booking CLEARLY said the appointment was for me, an adult. If I would've just went today and hadn't called yesterday we wouldn't have even known. The only thing that was offered to me was "do you want to rebook for another day". I absolutely do not want to book at this location. I'm very disappointed with this location and the way they handled this situation. They didn't seen to care about their mess up. My daughter was heartbroken because she had done this all on her own and it was ruined.

Elements Massage has an excellent group of Massage Therapists. The locations are clean, quiet and extremely relaxing. Make this your only choice for an amazing relaxation experience. I sure did!!

The young lady at the front desk was extraordinary. She is very kind, joyful, helpful, and funny. Matt did an excellent job on my massage. He listened to me and really got the knots out.

I love coming here. My husband and I have both been coming monthly for over a year now. The therapists are all very highly trained, but we book with Glenda almost exclusively. She is incredible. She is extremely knowledgeable, listens very well, and is also very friendly and personable. The best massage experience we keep coming back to again and again. Thank you!!

Kylee is the absolute best - such a gem! Her massages are always personalized to my needs or requests. I always leave feeling like a new person. I love seeing her at Elm Grove but have had issues with West Allis changing my appointments without reaching out to me on multiple occasions so am choosing to only visit Elm Grove in the future. The staff at Elm Grove are always pleasant and personable. I have no complaints when it comes to Elm Grove.
