I love massages and was so happy to receive a gift certificate for one from my boss. I had a good experience from start to finish. Samantha, the receptionist, helped me to schedule the right kind of appointment for my needs. On the day of the appointment, the people at the front desk were very kind and helpful. My massage therapist Rachael was terrific. She was very attentive and caring to all that I needed during my time there.

Massage therapists are great, they offer different type of pressure based on what you prefer. It was hard for me to make appointments that would work for my schedule though. By the end of my membership one session disappeared from my account and the front ladies kept on saying the manager would check it and would call me. I called for days and kept on getting the same response. Not very professional IMO. Not renewing memberships any time soon for now.

My first time at Elements I had a 60 minute deep tissue massage with Yolanda which was the best massage I had ever had. Boy does she know her stuff! She is kind, considerate, passionate and outgoing. She was consistently asking if her pressure was too hard or too soft or where the spots were that needed focusing on. Yolanda also made a safe space for me to voice anything I needed to. She has decreased my stress by attacked all the trigger points in my body. Now I feel ready to conquer my day! I cannot wait for another massage! Thank you Yolanda!

Rachel, Elias , Justine are massage therapists I have worked with and they are great. They all have their specialties and can accommodate at a high level. The staff has always worked well with schedules and confirmations. The wellness program is very beneficial and I would recommend it to any athletes or high performing individuals.

Elements is the best place to get a massage! They're professional and the massage therapists are amazing! The owner is a total pro, and they do not push at all about joining with a membership... that is precisely why I joined and have a membership and I couldn't be more satisfied!

Update***the owner of this location gave me a courtesy message, and I will say Rachel, the therapist, gets all the stars. I left here feeling amazing. I still think Elements should rethink their policy about the 10-minute consultation being deducted from your massage time. Also, every therapist should be great. None the less ask for Rachel! June 2024: My therapist was ok. I received this session as a gift. I think they are overpriced. It was over $150 for 90 minutes. You get there, and they tell you the massage is actually 80 minutes because they use 5 minutes for consultation, and idk what the last 5 minutes are for. But they also have you fill out a form the day prior to the 5 min consultation, so it's unnecessary (just have the therapist read the 5 pages you had me fill out prior). And after you spend almost $200 - they want a 20-40%tip. Look, I get it. it's a luxury I don't have to buy. And I didn't cause it was a gift. I'm just preparing you.

Customer service is terrible, girl I was talking to refused to give me her name and then hang up on me. I paid for a prenatal massage but my sister in law could not get it so it was moved to my account. Girl that called me stated she is canceling my appointment because it is not paid for, I said it was paid for and explained what happened. She said i would have to send proof I paid, refused to tell me when the manager would be in so I can speak to someone else, and hang up on me. When I called back and asked who I was talking to I was told the office is not able to track it at the moment. Very disappointing and at this point I dont even want to go in even though service was already paid for!

Had an amazing experience! Have suffered for some years with major spasms and spinal, muscle and nerve related issues and found great relief...more so than medication and other treatments. I saw Kemba whi specializes in Sports massage and got real relief! For the first time in years I was able to stand up straight, roll my shoulders back, breath deeply and have close to no pain at all. The best part is that unlike my experience with a chiropractor, these results have been long lasting, even after one session. Scheduling was easy and they worked with my schedule and git me in quick pricing was good and they have many deals and plans with perks. Location was nice, easy to get to and had adequate parking. Again, I highly recommend to all.
