Elements Massage - Flower Mound

I had the most relaxing massage today. Jared at the front desk was so sweet and professional, he took his time to explain every services they offer. Chad my massager was very professional, and communicative. Definitely a monthly thing to do! 🙂

I went to Dustin for about a year and he is easily the best massage therapist I have ever been to! He is super knowledgeable and intuitive, always finding the best way to work through the tension as he goes. I got so much relief in my upper + lower back, neck, hips, etc, I had just gotten used to everything being tight and knotted up for years. My family and I recently moved out of the area and my monthly sessions with Dustin will definitely be missed 🙁

This place is the absolute best! I went in with a few problems regarding my neck/hands and Dustin listened to everything I had to say and was very friendly. He gave me the perfect massage for my issues and made me feel very comfortable. I feel relief in my neck/hands already from what he worked on for only an hour. The front desk was super friendly and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough wonderful things about elements massage! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Chad at Elements Massage Flower Mound is one of the best massage therapists I have encountered. He is knowledgeable, professional, and exceptional across the board.

I hate to write a bad review but...the therapist I had was definitely not as experienced as the reviews reflect. I had a hard time hearing her right from the beginning. She was talking to me with her back to me. As the massage started, I asked if the bed was able to be warmed and she turned it on. It went off several times during the massage and I was cold, so I asked her to keep turning it on. She started on my back and was in the same place for 10 min, I had to ask her to move on to another spot. She did that several times in different areas, it did not feel like a Swedish Massage at all. I have been having massages for over 20 years. I even asked if she was doing a Swedish massage. The pressure was so poor, I asked her about that too, and she said she hurt her shoulder. I wish I would have known and would have rescheduled with another therapist, which I also told her. I was almost at a point that I just was going to get up and leave, it was such a bad technique. When I left, the receptionist didn't say anything. So, I guess this is definitely an experience issue, but these 90 minute massages are not cheap. I recommend choosing one of the named ones on the reviews. The manager reached out to me after I wrote this review. They wanted me to try another therapist and I was okay with that. She really appreciated the feedback, you can't fix what you don't know. I went today and saw Chad. He was wonderful! He was very professional, took the time to talk to me about issues before the massage and during the massage. He checked to make sure everything was ok throughout the massage. He had a warm table, warm towels, and relaxing music. Afterwards, we talked about problem areas. He did a fantastic job, so I highly recommend him. Definitely read the reviews and choose a therapist that is recommended.

Chad is awesome gives great massages. I find myself falling asleep they are that good.

I cannot recommend them enough! The front staff is always friendly and helpful. My therapist, TJ , is amazing. He has greatly reduced my pain level.

The front desk people are just wonderful and every massage therapist I've had time with has understood the needs and knew exactly how much pressure I needed to get where I needed to be. But I HIGHLY recommend Dustin (elite) if you are in need of some serious deep pressure massage needs! Highly educated and can find the exact issue you need worked out! I'm a middle aged high level roller derby player with a high stress desk/travel career. Thank you all for the amazing service.
