Elements massage had very professional and friendly service! Shelby was awesome! I definitely recommend!

The membership prices are wonderful and the atmosphere is pleasant and soothing. Most importantly, Derrick is the best massage therapist I have ever seen! He listens well and adapts to the client's needs. He does a great job of focusing on my problem areas, while still providing a relaxing full body massage. I like firmer pressure and he can release my knotted neck and shoulders without ever leaving me sore!

1. Availability - The times and dates are very convenient for people that work 8-5 on weekdays. You get to choose from 1 hr massage up to 2 hours. 2. Easy booking - you can make an appointment online (very easy process) or just call and they will be able to book you service that you want closest to your home. 3. Variety of services- Elements Massage in Middletown has multiple specialists that are trained to provide a wide variety of services to meet your needs. I picked “Deep Tissue” massage and let me tell you, it was amazing. Jeremy found all of the areas that needed to be worked on and I felt like weight was lifted off my shoulders. 4. Attention to detail- all staff is very well prepared, helpful and attentive. Person at the front desk was very welcoming, my masseuse (Jeremy) made sure I was comfortable and checked in with me periodically to make sure I was having a wonderful experience. 5. Pricing- I believe that I underplayed for the quality of service I was provided. You are truly getting “more for less” and I will be coming back. Thank you Elements Massage at Middletown.

Very unprofessional. Booked an appointment with the receptionist, they called me back immediately to tell me the provider couldn’t do the massage, then said “oh wait, they actually can do relaxation”. Then called me 2 hours before my appointment and told me they had to cancel… with no explanation or compensation or anything!
