Elements Massage - Salem

I’ve been getting regular massages here for a little over a month now and I’m loving it. The staff is great, and the massage therapists are awesome. My favorite one so far is Erin M., she’s amazing!

Megan was amazing! I’ve been dealing with some overuse injuries, and she knew exactly what my body needed. The massage was very therapeutic and rehabilitative. I will definitely be going back.

Staff is always so friendly! Place is immaculate!! I have never had a bad massage!! However my last massage was great! But, the woman talked WAY to much! I just wanted a nice relaxing massage and I felt like I had to carry on a conversation.

Clean, calming facility. The front desk is very friendly. Jeremy was my massage therapist and did a tremendous job focusing on my pain points.

front desk lady had the biggest attitude when i arrive one minute late. Scheduled a deep massage and was given light pressure, if you can even call it that. therapist spent most of the massage either rushing through it or just resting her hand on my body somewhere. left with worse neck and back pain

Everybody in the office is always friendly, helpful, and professional. Appointments are easy to book and the email notices re openings is are very helpful. Stephanie always gives me a great massage and is focused on my needs. She is professional and friendly and it’s obvious she cares about her clients. I recommend Elements and Stephanie to anyone looking for a great massage.

I purchased a massage gift card from the Salem, NH location on December 9, 2023, for $129 as a stocking stuffer. I was assured it could be used at any of their facilities. Fast forward to July 9, 2024, when the recipient went to the Newburyport location to use it. The experience was mediocre at best, primarily due to the attitude of the massage therapist. When presenting the gift card for payment, the recipient was informed that there was no balance on the card, and they had to pay out-of-pocket. This was not only embarrassing for the recipient but also incredibly mortifying for me as the giver. I immediately contacted the Salem Spa, where my purchase was confirmed. They assured me that the issue would be resolved and the charges reversed. However, despite these assurances, I received no follow-up either yesterday or this morning. Upon calling again, I was told that Newburyport was still "looking into it." This is baffling, considering Salem confirmed the purchase within seconds. While the staff member handling my calls has been pleasant and apologetic, this situation clearly requires managerial intervention. As of now, I have paid $285 (including a 20% tip) for a subpar massage experience, compounded by grossly inadequate customer service.

I have been going to Elements Massage for several years now. When I walk in the door, I am always greeted by a member of the friendly and welcoming front desk staff. The massage therapists I generally always book with are Victor and Jessica. They are both amazing! They always listen carefully regarding where I am experiencing tightness/tension or have an injury and they know exactly how to work those areas so that by the time I leave there, I feel relaxed and so much better overall...mentally and physically! I highly recommend them. My monthly membership to Elements is worth every penny! Since I have a busy schedule, if I didn't have the membership, it would be easy for me to leave there feeling great and forget to book again until my tension and muscle tightness get really bad. I always book my appointment before I leave so that I stay on track. I have found massage therapy to be a vital part of my wellness and self-care plan. I highly recommend Elements Massage.
