I had my first massage ever and it was really nice and so relaxing, I had Eric as my massage therapist and he did an excellent job. He made the atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable and made sure the pressure was just right. I told him where I have my back problems at and the tightness in my upper back and he did a good job with loosing up the muscles! I felt so relieved after the massage! overall I enjoyed my massage and experience there

My mom came to visit from out of state and this was the only place that was able to get all 3 of us in at the same time (my husband included) last minute. We all had 90 minute massages. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed and immediately felt comfortable. Laura took care of me for my 90 minutes and I couldn't have asked for anyone better. She had great communication throughout my massage. Everything about it was fantastic. I can't wait to come back and see her again. My hubby and mom also really enjoyed their massages. We will definitely be back!

It was amazing from the moment I walked in. The receptionist was so kind and friendly and we had so much in common. My massage was incredible! Cheyenne (I hope im spelling that right) was so incredible. She always made sure that I was comfortable with the pressure and how I was positioned. Her voice was so soothing. I am actually gifting the person who gifted me. Thank you guys for such an amazing experience

They were able to get me in quickly with a MT qualified in prenatal massage. The office was clean and welcoming and all the staff were super friendly. The overall experience was positive and I will definitely go back. Emily the MT listened to my requests and did a great job. Highly recommend!

The receptionist Danielle was very welcoming and made it easy for me to make an appointment over the phone. My massage therapist, Cheyenne, did an excellent job, applied the perfect amount of pressure for me from the start and was knowledgeable in her technique and providing me with home care advice. I wish the lobby was just a touch darker because it is a stark contrast coming from the dark room and hallway in the back, but I have no complaints about staff or therapists. Thank you!!

While the therapists at this practice are excellent, the scheduling policies are a major drawback. The lack of flexibility is particularly frustrating; if you need to reschedule at the last minute, you end up forfeiting your session and the $80 fee, without receiving any service in return. Additionally, there are limited appointment slots available outside of typical work hours, making it difficult to accommodate individuals with standard 9-to-5 jobs. Unfortunately, this means that if work or unexpected circumstances arise, you lose your session and have to pay another $80 to rebook. This rigid policy does not consider the realities of professional and personal schedules and could be improved to better support clients.

My massage was great and I was hoping to leave, relaxed and refreshed, but my checkout experience completely undid my one hour of peace. I was given a gift card for a one hour massage by a friend and I scheduled my appointment at the West Ashley location to redeem my gift. Had a great massage, but When I went to check out, I was told that they did not honor that gift card since it was from a different location. Mind you, the gift card at the front of their store looks exactly the same as the one that I had in my hand. I was told by the person at the desk that I could call the other location myself and see if they would be willing to upload my gift card number to my account so that I could use it to pay for my massage in West Ashley. I was also told by this person that this other location gets really mean and nasty when they are asked to do this, but yet they thought it was a great idea to have me, the customer, call them and ask for them to do this. And as expected, the other location refused to upload the gift card so I was left to pay out of pocket for a massage that I was not prepared to pay for that day because I thought I was using said gift card. The front desk person and the owner did nothing to try to offer a solution or even make the situation even a little better. All the owner wanted to know was what the other Store said to me on the phone instead of asking what she could do to make it better. Like maybe instead of playing the blame game and telling me how terrible the other location was, she could have done something to keep me as a repeat customer? Idk…. I find this entire situation completely unprofessional, and it sounds like these Elements Massage centers have some issues with each other, and the customers are the ones losing in the situation. Anyways, clients beware: not all Elements Massage locations are the same. They are at war with each other instead of working together to provide a good customer experience. Only reason you see two stars is because my massage therapist did a great job and had nothing to do with the nonsense at checkout.
