Embody Wellness

My wife and I recently tried Embody Wellness for the first time and we loved our experience! The entire team from the Front Desk to the Massage Therapists were all excellent. Such positive vibes and happy energy all around. My wife had Abby for a 90 minute Prenatal Massage. She felt so comfortable and safe during the session. Abby is a true professional and took great care of my wife who is far along in the pregnancy. I had Dana for my session. I was in desperate need to destress and relax. Dana really took the time to listen and helped all my stress melt away. She even tailored the music to help the session so I was floating as soon as she started. I loved that she has such perfectly firm pressure and soothing techniques. I can’t wait to work with her again! Overall my wife and I loved our experience. We highly recommend this location if a quality massage experience at a great price is your thing. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

well ... Jamie was excellent and knowledgeable and sensitive .... I'd recommend that to anyone! also the place is lovely and the other staff I met was also. Plus Jamie taught me a lot about Lymphatic Drainage massage ... so very gentle and soft ... like caresses ... but the immediate results for feeling loose and flexible was amazing. Very knowledgeable ... and that's what you want in a massage therapist!

What can I say? Abbie. She met me with expertise, compassion, and knowledge. She honored my massage level request. She offered a little information and suggestions without overwhelming me or shaming me. Her presence is...relaxing and comforting. Yes to more!

I spent more than 10 years in the profession and taught around the country, making it challenging to find an LMT that meets my expectations when on vacation. A true overall wellness center! Massages are exceptional; wellness classes are excellent and are tailored to the abilities of the participants. Mindfulness, health, and wellness are the true focus!

Jamie made me feel very comfortable considering it was my first experience with a professional massage. I also appreciated how kind and welcoming everyone was. I am a tense person and a diagnosed insomniac, but as soon as I got home from the appointment, I immediately fell asleep and slept for 14 hours solid. No joke, the best night of sleep of my life.
