Empire V

I have visited Empire 3 many times over the years. They had expert level masseuses, first Sooni and then Yumi. They both had strong hands and a keen sense of what was required. It was way more than a body rub. They both are gone now and experience is the average bodyrub you can find in any amp.

I was in need of foot reflexology. I called and asked if they had availability for a foot reflexology massage appt. She stated they did and we agreed that I would be there in 5 mins. I pulled up to the establishment with a sign outside that read "empire foot reflexology". The employee who came out She seemed startled to see me.i told her I was the one that called 5 mins earlier. She was confused by this. I said I would like a foot reflexology appt. She said they don't offer that. Only full body work. I pulled up the website and showed her. She said she didn't know that establishment and that I had the wrong place. (The purple entrance was the same as pictures), there was no need to go back and forth. I thanked her for her time, wished her a good day and left. I looked again at the number on the door and the number I had called. They were the same. The sign outside and the sign in the Google pictures. The same. Address, the same. I could only conclude that it was racial.

Horrible Please place got the 60 minute massage. It was 40 minutes and she didn’t do it correctly. It’s like she had no idea what she was doing not worth the money. Do not go here. Had a knot and told her and she somehow made it worse

I came here since I've been having some neck issues. When I got in there were some language barrier issues. The person there said she could take a card but "cash is better". She then asked me how much to put on the card. I said $90 (which is a 50% tip before the service, I thought that was generous!) and she wouldn't accept that saying "Everyone does $50 or $60 for a tip". I was was more than a little shocked. I said $50 because I really hadn't processed what she'd said, and then she tried to run it for $120 (another $10, so a 100% tip!!!!!). Thank god the card had an issue because that is an absurd amount of money for a backrub, I took the card and left without a massage. It really feels like something sketchy is going on here. If you want a legitimate massage be careful.

This place is the worst when it comes to scheduling. They're either a front business or they don't cater to female clientele because they give happy endings. 1. The first time I called in the morning for an hour anytime in the next week after 5pm. She gives me an appointment that evening at 8pm. I get there and they tell me its too late and they can only do 30 minutes. Super confused when they're supposed to be open until 10pm. Also, I agree its late, so why did you tell me to come at 8pm? I did the 30 mins because I was desperate, but 30 mins wasnt enough. 2. I called back a month later on a Saturday to go with my partner for an hour anytime that weekend. They said yes for Saturday afternoon. We get there and tell us they only have 1 person and 1 hour available so we either have to split the hour or just one can be seen. We end up just scrapping it and booking somewhere else. Again confused but things happen. 3. Today, I called around 3:20 to ask if they have any appoints today or tomorrow for an hour, full body. She tells me to come in 30 mins. I drive there getting there at 4:49. I look at their window and it says “wait 4:35”. Again confused, I still try the door and its locked. I figured maybe I misheard her? I end up waiting until 435. The sign is removed. I walk in and say I'm there for a full body and the woman says “no, too busy” I mentioned I had called for an hour full body and was told to come, only to wait for 45 minutes. She goes okay ill do 30 mins for $50. Its $60 for an hour. Had this not been the THIRD time they've done this to me, had I not called ahead and then waited for 45mins I may have been okay with paying $50 for half the time, but the audacity of this place doing this to me three times is ridiculous. I ended up sitting in the parking lot booking an appointment somewhere else. The other appointment i booked was 6pm so I decided to listen to my podcast since the parking lot was empty…80 minutes passes and no one comes into the empire. Why couldn't I been seen unless this place doesn't really do massages because its a front or they wont service females because no happy ending???

I was back in the Fitchburg area on business and stopped in to see Sunny again. The studio was just as i remembered it from last year. She consistently gives a quality massage. I prefer a strong massage and while she is petite, she has the strength to push hard. The place is clean and smells nice with soft music playing in the background. Her English is better since my last visit. I have another business appointment in September and will definitely stop there again, I give the place a thumbs up!

Very nice experience. Sooni was my therapist and she made me feel comfortable from the start. Very skilled in her technique and is very willing to please. She gave a great full body experience and was attentive to every detail. Will definitely return for another pleasurable experience.

Agnieszka is absolutely the best when it comes to the massage. She is very gifted. She is very experienced and knowledgeable. I have been doing massage with empire massage for more than 2 years. Highly recommend.
