The retreats that Whitney and the other facilitators put together are incredible! Not only are the accommodations lovely, the food is soul nourishing, and the activities are life changing. I made the extra investment and convinced my husband to join me. Although he was a little nervous, by the end of the first day, he was also very glad he joined. It strengthened our relationship, it allowed me to address prior past trauma and it allowed me to experience a greater connection with strangers who quickly became friends by the end of the weekend. Every aspect of these retreats are put together with so much love. Whitney is incredibly thoughtful and working with her has been a dream come true! I've never felt so seen, so supported and so inspired. She is constantly working toward improving something that is already so incredible. I am not exaggerating when I say she helped me change my life. She helped me pick up the pieces during a career change, and walked with me as I created a life for myself that is better than I could've ever imagined. I am beyond grateful for Whitney and all of the services she offers.

Whitney is the real deal when looking for the best massage, energy healing, and all things good for the soul. She has helped me so much with working through my anxiety over the past year! I got my first massage from her in ND (since she has her license here now too) and it was the best I’ve ever had. My Mom had her second massage ever by Whitney, and booked more right away too! Whitney is extremely professional at what she does! It also helps she has the most relaxing voice ever lol. You enter into her business and already feel comfort and zen. She takes time to get to know what YOU want out of your session with her. No ones will be the same. I recently did an embodiment session with her and I left feeling completely relaxed and like my shoulders lowered and felt no more weight of my world! I will forever recommend her and can’t wait to go back!

I had a really unique experience as the photographer for their first retreat in November 2022. I got to second-hand experience so many different facets of healing & release through the attendees & the very vulnerable moments I was able to play part of from the sidelines. Hearing people's stories and feel their healing through the weekend, the barriers through breathwork and cold plunges, and merely the large or small transformations I saw in front of my eyes impacted me by proxy. I felt things come to the surface from my own life experience & was able in my own ways to process them little by little. In addition to being in the background I constantly felt the love & inclusion from everyone in attendance and I am honored to have been a part of it!
