As an avid cyclist, weightlifter, and runner, I frequently experience muscle imbalances and tightness that self-massage with rollers and lacrosse balls just can't reach. Mathias is a lifesaver! He has a knack for finding those deep, stubborn knots and expertly works them out. Enso Clinic is amazing with a highly professional team to help work with your specific needs. I’ve seen Mathias multiple times and will be a regular. I sit at a desk most of the day and he provides recommendations for in between sessions which has been a tremendous help. Throughout the session Mathias asks thoughtful questions around how you are feeling with specific techniques used and around recent activities that may have caused tension or other issues in specific areas. Constant feedback is encouraged to make sure you get the most of your visit. More than once he has been able to identify the root cause that I had not even considered. All I can say is that you are searching for deep tissue massage that takes into consideration beyond the individual session and plans for long term goals, stop by Enso Clinic. Enso Clinic is warm and inviting. Calm and relaxing atmosphere and a professional team. I have been a repeat customer now for 6 months and plan on continuing this patronage for my massage needs. Joseph takes care for what my needs are each visit as each visit can be different with different ailments or body aches. I would highly recommend for you or family for gift cards or body work therapy. I suffer from vertigo often and this is something that is closely managed and treated with the utmost care during the sessions. 10/10 highly recommend.

I was in town for holiday and decided at the last minute to get a massage. Enso was quick to respond to my request and were able to get me in due to a cancellation. Mathias was a welcoming and engaging, and provided an excellent deep tissue massage. Definitely will return when I'm back.
