Tasting my way through the new summer menu at my favorite speakeasy. First up: The Raspberry Lemon Drop! 1st thoughts: it's the perfect summer starter. Excellent balance of flavors and light on the sweet. Next up: The Wild Eden! A hibiscus infused gin mingled with St. Germain and a kiss of lime topped with sparkling Prosecco. 1st thoughts: GORGEOUS. Definitely give a second or two to take in the effervescence just before your first sip. And eat that flower at the bottom of your glass! Next in the lineup: The Hemingway... 1st thoughts: White rum with maraschino liqueur, grapefruit juice and lime of all things. Garnished with a sugar crystal lime which is just a treat. It's weird on your first sip. It's interesting on your second. The third and there after makes you fall in love. A welcome little bit of bitterness. Honestly, maybe my favorite drink so far. Like the Wild Eden, the garnish isn't just pretty, it's delicious. Cheers!

I just discovered this hidden gem tonight and I will be back for sure with more people. I don't want to tell you about it because I love that it's so private but I also know a business needs customers so please go and try it out for yourself. You will not be disappointed. The owner/bartender is very personable and the drink menu is varied and delicious and changes each season. The overall vibe of the place is enjoyable, especially if you are a speakeasy fan.

What a hidden jewel! The owner/bartender is serving carefully crafted Prohibition-era cocktails plus classics with her own modern twist in a lovingly redecorated space that’s been in her family for five generations. Don’t be intimidated by what looks to be a typical dive bar from the outside - it’s anything but. She’s created a cozy and inviting atmosphere and serving elevated cocktails in this little speakeasy on a back street in Spencer. It’s a delight!

I hate to even share anything about this delicious little bar. Established in the 1920s and held by family through 5 generations, it has now morphed into an modern day speakeasy with classic cocktails. Kinda hidden and open only 3 nights a week. It's worth searching out. But shush, it's a secret, keep it to yourself. oh, and tell them Carrie sent you.

Great drinks, love the chill vibe. Owner is friendly and attentive. Awesome place!

Had a delicious Old Fashioned. Very clean establishment. And I met some really nice people. Highly recommend!
