This review is long overdue. I've been going to Expanding Wellness for almost two years. I never thought I would be a massage person, but sessions with Nancy are truly magic. She's helped me with issues with my knee, back, jaw, and most recently, my hands. I'm on arimidex after having breast cancer, and it causes joint pain. The last few weeks I've been waking up with pain in my hands. Yesterday she worked on my hands and I woke up with no pain today. Any time I have a pain issue, I go see Nancy first. Just arriving at the office makes me feel better. It's very calming and relaxing. I highly recommend Expanding Wellness!

Nancy is the best massage therapist and body work person I have ever used! You can tell that she really understands the body and all the muscles. I drive almost an hour to go to her once a month. On top of all of that she is very very affordable. I cannot say enough amazing things about her, you just need to go there, and you will understand immediately!
