The food was great. The spicy Monte Cristo was really good. The breakfast pizza was great. The chicken and waffles were good but a little greasy. The biscuits and gravy were really good. All the food portions were too large, so I recommend sharing. The Green Mary and Bloody Marry were very tasty. We had great service and we had a party of 12.

Dear Google users, I'm delighted to share my review of Fable: craft bar, wine saloon, and food, a charming riverside establishment located in the Tri-Cities area. Atmosphere: Fable offers a delightful patio setting, perfect for soaking up the summer sun and enjoying the picturesque river views. The ambiance is lively and inviting, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing dining experience. Service: The service at Fable truly deserves high praise. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The staff's warm hospitality contributed significantly to our overall enjoyable visit. Food: The menu at Fable boasts a diverse array of mouthwatering options. We started with the crispy and flavorful fried pickles, which were a delightful appetizer. The jalapeño bacon burger was a standout, perfectly cooked and bursting with bold flavors. The Caesar salad was fresh and well-prepared, complementing our meal perfectly. Additionally, we indulged in the fresh sockeye salmon fish and chips, which were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside – a true delight for seafood lovers. Overall, Fable: craft bar, wine saloon, and food offered an exceptional dining experience. The outstanding service, delectable food, and charming riverside ambiance make it a must-visit destination for anyone in the Tri-Cities area seeking a memorable culinary adventure. Whether you're a local or a visitor, Fable is definitely worth checking out this summer.

Great place for food, drinks & to relax. We came for lunch & it was delicious. The power of suggestion led us to the chicken sandwich that was just put in the kitchen window as we walked in. So glad we saw that & split the sandwich. It was big! Our server was very friendly & attentive. We also had the Ahi Poke. Great view of the river while enjoying our lunch

My girlfriend and I wanted to get out and enjoy the lovely weather we were finally having on a weekend, so we decided to try Fable. Let me tell you we weren’t disappointed at all. We had the opportunity to sit out on the patio and enjoy the sunset with some nice crafted cocktails, an appetizer and an amazing pizza. The service was very spot on, lots of servers bringing drinks, food, etc.. whenever they were ready. The inside was very nice. Looked like a nice cocktail bar, not so busy inside, mostly because people wanted to be sitting on the patio. So let’s talk about the food, we ordered the steak fries, they were amazing. Crispy fried fries, thinly, sliced steak, with a mushroom bechemal sauce and some blue cheese… amazing, but the only thing my girlfriend and I would recommend is, because of the serving size of the fries and if you love steak, order the extra steak (it’s worth it, trust me). Now we mainly went for drinks and appetizers, but the people sitting across from us got this pizza that smelt amazingly delicious, so we ended up ordering a pizza for dinner. It was the BBQ Pulled Pork pizza, let me just say, everything about it was amazing and was not disappointed… For someone or a group are looking for a very nice place to enjoy an afternoon or evening for food and drinks or just one or the other, I do recommend stopping by and giving Fable a try, we definitely will be stopping in and trying more from the menu for sure… Till then

One of the finest burgers I ever had in the Tri-Cities area. The bread was toasty while the meat was well seasoned with; the cheese actually melted and was gooey like real cheese. The fries and side salad was delicious as well as the beer and other drinks. The pizza dessert was very fresh and delicious I can’t even describe it. Totally would visit again in my next Tri-Cities’ visit.

I expected a wait but it was a reasonable amount of time. We sat in the bar where drinks were prepared well. Food presentation was good and no complaints about the meal. Fried pickles were just ok, very soaked in grease and I've had better elsewhere. My noodles were just the right amount of spicy and had good flavor. Very noisy inside when packed full of people, with all the sounds bouncing around the room. Not an atmosphere to have good conversation over dinner unless you're keen on shouting at each other.

Perfect coincidence that we decided to sit outside on a beautiful day with a beautiful view and actually got to see the air show from the boat races! The outdoor patio truly has some great views of the river on a normal day, and plenty of shade. To start we got the pretzels and beer cheese. 1000/10 they were spectacular! I could put that beer cheese on anything and be happy might be my new obsession. Pretzels bites were hot and yummy! Our server was great and on top of it. We got there right when they opened and they were busy out the gate. Husband got a rum and coke, I got the Bookwalter Sour which was delicious, Get your drinks made by Amy she is amazing. For entrees we got the Western Burger and the Balsamic burger one with fries and one with spinach side salad. Balsamic burger is on the sweeter side. The western burger was our favorite. Although both were cooked perfectly. Fries were good (we dipped them in the beer cheese leftover, but you can order a side of it, do it!). The house made ketchup neither of us enjoyed. Only negative is that the bathroom for the ladies only had two stalls and unless you use the handicap one the other is small my knees almost hit the door, but again everything else was great!

This is a nice place with a relaxed atmosphere. Feels like something you'd find in Seattle. The food is fantastic and it has a lot of unique dishes. The theme is simple but elegant. They were pretty busy when we went, so it took a little while to get our food, but it was worth the wait.
