Unfortunately this establishment takes advantage of the latino clientele I realize their lasers and large event space and music is good. But unfortunately they are a bit too greedy with high cover charges and even small cover charges during week day nights when no one else collects that. A cover on Wednesday !? Only bar on halsted that does that. Security can be hit or miss. They are somewhat friendly but some take it too far and feel like they are hydrate police officers. Many people I know and friends with now that Charlie’s temporarily closed they aren’t doing much to earn their business respectfully. No one minds a reasonable cover charge but this business takes it to the next level which doesn’t help considering their very high drink prices. So it’s either drink your car before entering to pay their high cover. Or be broke paying their high cover charges in addition to their high cost of bar drinks. Not a good business model. Lots of people who normally looking for a 4 am bar skip over this establishment due to the aforementioned observations. My suggestion which they won’t adopt is to simply not take the gay and Latino population for granted , lower their cover or eliminate it , and better drink specials. With that combo they would earn more business

Let me save you some time and money on Saturdays they charge $20 just come by 2pm when all the B.S is over. All wasting time by doing to much work on talking they take like 2 hours or 3 hours basically around 2pm or 3 pm they start playing music. Save your money

My rating comes because of the customers, not the actual nightclub or staff. Fantasy is the only place on the north side of Addison that's open until 4a (5a on Saturdays which is strange considering there's no liquor license that goes until 5a) and the patrons aren't the greatest. I manage a business down the street and it's quite common for the way too drunk to vandalize my business and others around. Unfinished food from the taco truck ends up on the patio, potted plants are knocked over, and some places have various dirty things chucked at their windows. I understand this is a party neighborhood, but the rest of us respect the neighborhood and don't drag unruly behavior into the street. It's quite common for me to walk past fights, screaming, yelling, and other such things as I leave my business between 4a-6a. If the business wants to remain, they should really actively try to control their patrons, possibly beef up security outside and even hire private security to walk the street too. It's quite obvious that they're the epicenter of the problem, and I'd hate for the neighborhood to lose an otherwise really great club.

Danger of getting roofied! Friend got drugged and everything stolen! He started feeling unwell (it didn’t seem serios) so he left on his own. All he remembers is that after walking out the door someone approached him asking if he feels okay… next morning he wakes up in his own bed, house has been emptied, bank account transfers have been started and he can’t remember a thing! Be careful!!!

Wife went there for a bach party and one of her friends had gotten drugged… the story was that one of the security guards would get them free drinks and offer them a free booth area since they were cute. Later in the night one of her friends started feeling not normal, ended up foaming at the mouth, and not remembering anything at all that night with barely anything to drink. Be aware of any free drinks, even from the STAFF. Luckily they were aware of their surroundings and took care of each other to get home safe.

The Dj always plays OLD MUSIC like 90’s or 00’s music EVERY WEEKEND! I can’t remember the name of the Dj, he is a older man. They need a new fresh different Dj.

Staff tried to charge us $20/person for cover charge. Charges people different amounts for cover charges. When we threatened to walk he changed it to $10 and told us not to tell people in line. Original cover charge cost is $10
