Feeling Great Therapeutic & Lymphatic Massage

This is the absolute best place for lymphatic drainage. I moved to the area from out of state about five years ago and stumbled upon Feeling Great, and it is hands down the most effective lymphatic drainage massage I’ve ever had (compared to many places across the country). I recently moved out of state again and have made a few trips back to come here. Silbia is wonderful and is an incredible therapist.

I would like to share my recent experience with Feeling Great Massage Therapy. Unfortunately, it was far from satisfactory. I must express my disappointment in the unprofessional and rude behavior displayed by Andrea, one of the co-owners/staff members. I was running approximately 10 minutes behind schedule for my appointment, and as a courtesy, I decided to call the establishment to inform them of my delay. However, Andrea's response was uncalled for. She immediately informed me that the 10 minutes would be deducted from my total service time. I kindly explained to Andrea that as a reputable establishment, I expected a more accommodating approach. I want to note that a few days prior to this incident, Feeling Great Massage Therapy contacted me to reschedule my appointment as a result of overbooking. Despite the inconvenience, I was understanding, as I intended to establish a good relationship and become a regular. To my surprise, Andrea then informed me that my appointment would be marked as a no-show, and I would be charged the full amount for the service. It was at this moment I decided this customer service was not for me and told Andrea I will not be coming back after this appointment. She abruptly said I was no longer welcomed as a customer and ended the call. Later, I received an email from Andrea confirming that I was a no-show and will be charged. In my opinion, individuals who lack basic respect for others should not be involved in the customer service industry. It is disappointing to encounter such unprofessionalism, particularly when seeking relaxation and rejuvenation at a wellness center like Feeling Great Massage Therapy. I hope they take steps to address this behavior and ensure a more respectful and customer-oriented approach in the future. UPDATE ********** Clearly, Andrea's response was filled with lies. When I received a call to change my appointment, it did begin with an apology. It was evident that the rescheduling was done solely for their own convenience, without regards for my schedule. Contrary to their claim, there was no offer of an additional five minutes. In fact, the person I spoke to on the phone displayed a condescending attitude throughout our conversation. The remark about me no longer being welcome came only after I expressed my decision to discontinue using their services. It is the responsibility of the business to compensate the therapist for their loss of a client. Additionally, it is clear that this response was fabricated in an attempt to salvage their reputation.

Wonderful, wonderful place - and couldn't possibly be more aptly named! My wife and I have been going to Silbia regularly for a year and a half, and she's such a great expert and just a really nice, warm, hospitable and caring person. I've gone to some other massage salons in the area, and Feeling Great is above and beyond compared to all others in terms of customer service, atmosphere and the massage itself. The customer service is always great, they always apply just the right amount of pressure, and their COVID safety measures are just right to keep everyone safe. I always feel great during and after coming here 🙂

Silbia is simply the most wonderful massage therapist in Northern Virginia. After a grueling two years of surgeries and treatments for breast cancer, she has fixed my lymphatic system and made me comfortable in my body again. I am so thankful to her. Booking is easy and the office suite is peaceful and sparkling clean.

I haven't had a professional massage in several years as I thought no one could equal the skills of my former massage therapist in CA. I am happy to report that I was so wrong. I saw Rudy for my initial visit and am pleased to report he is an excellent practitioner of massage therapy. He could sense my issues without me having to provide him details. I look forward to improving my health with the Feeling Great folks.
