Felix's Atlanta

I recently visited Felix, a gay bar I’ve enjoyed in the past, but this time was an awful experience. I was appalled by the treatment I received from a bartender with blue dyed hair, who I believe was named Will. When I simply asked about the price difference on a drink, he rudely responded by asking, “Are you poor?” To make matters worse, he gave my drinks to another African American customer and dismissed it by saying, “All black people look alike.” I was shocked and deeply hurt. I’ve never experienced such blatant racism at Felix, and it’s heartbreaking that this happened, especially during Pride, a time meant to celebrate inclusion and equality. I’m beyond disappointed and feel let down by a place I used to love. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I hope the management takes this seriously. Kara however was very understanding and took great care of us.

I love the new patio. I've been coming for 15 years and it has always been like a gay cheers. Always a warm welcome and kind word. The staff is knowledgeable about the bar and there are always drink specials. I love the regular events like karaoke and trivia.

Went for happy hour and Will was a great host. He played some amazing tunes and made even better drinks. I wish felix played more diverse (essentially not constant EDM or Top 40) music and with Will my wish was granted

In our hearts, it will stay, Trivia night that made our day, Every cheer, every tear, Once upon a night so clear.

I love it here, every time I go to Atlanta I make sure to make a stop there! I love Will and Gabe they are the best! Great people and so much fun.

After the bar next door (Oscar's) drove us away with one-star attitude from the bartender, I figure Felix's deserves a positive review. A nice chill transaction with the bartender, a comfortable atmosphere at 7:45 on a Wednesday evening — just what we needed for a conversation over drinks. We didn't realize there was a back patio until we were on our way out, but it looked like a great place to enjoy the spring weather, so I will look forward to that next time!

Felix’s is a lot of fun, especially on Mondays where they have Primetime Trivia with Candace @ 8:30! The drinks are strong, the bartenders friendly, and the music on point.

I always love coming here on Monday’s for Trivia with Candace! I’ve made so many friends and Trace and Brandon always make the bar feel like home for me. And remember, always tip your bartenders!
