I used to be a professional massage therapist, but for many years this place was the only place where I left five stars! I recommend this place to all those who need a serious massage!

Normally when I go there it's a good experience. My friend and I booked a couple massage. That should be 120. They charged us each 65 plus a $3fee. They said it was taxes. It literally says fee. There no way it adds up to taxes. There is no signage talking about this either. I'm really disappointed in the massage. The lady rubbed lotion on my back the whole time very lightly not massage just rubbing in lotion. I had to ask her to actually massage the back. She didn't massage the shoulders. And for the first 20 plus minutes she used a towel and rubbed it against my back and no lotion or oil. Rhe massage suppose have oil????? They didn't rub my feet during the FULL BODY massage.I had to ask. They acted offended. I'm not coming back.

I love this place! My wife and I have had neck and back tension for years that caused so many uncomfortable headaches that I needed a full body massage to heal it. The therapists are very friendly and knowledgeable. She immediately spotted the problem causing headaches and muscle aches. I feel very comfortable after her massage work. My wife also had a maintenance facial. Highly rated. Honestly this place can relax you and heal your pain. We will definitely be back!

Visited again - new ownership, uncomfortable short skirt no massage all rub… First time visitor here and very hard to please. I was extremely impressed with the DEEP STRONG MASSAGE I got after making it clear that I didn’t want a rub down but a REAL massage. I’ll definitely be coming back. If anybody that reads this has gone to Hand & Stone massage place. This place was so much better and it gave me what I wanted. No Talk. Straight to work. No time wasted. First place to ever not ask for a tip… so guess what I did, I left a good tip. No one likes those annoying places that ask for a tip for an uncomfortable rub down. Emma was my masseuse person for the evening !

Seriously one of the best massages I've had. The girls were so polite and friendly. I'll definitely come back.

The massage and experience were great. The only thing that I found not pleasing was when I gave a tip for a good job, one of the ladies kept saying more money, more money. When you are providing a service, tipping is a typical thing not a guaranteed thing. So the stars are for the massage, not the customer service.

We did a couples massage and it was incredible! I struggle with knots under my scapula, she released all of them! It was the most therapeutic massage ever. Wonderful.

There were three of us and we got in quickly! I’ve been having sciatica issues for quite some time and she was the only one that could actually get it out the first time. I would definitely go back there, highly recommended. Thank you Greenwood location
