Freestyle Bodywork - Misty O. Semanco, LMT

Misty is by far my favorite massage therapist. I carry a lot of muscle tension and finding a massage therapist that can give enough pressure with deep tissue massage to help my muscles relax can be challenging. I have gone in for general relaxation and have gone in to see her for targeted therapy and both are excellent. Her studio is quiet and relaxing. I have also gone in for sports massage therapy, playing roller derby can cause some soreness, and seeing Misty always helps! I cannot say enough positive things, I fully recommend her for all massage therapy needs.

This was my first appointment with Misty. She was punctual, the space was clean and inviting, and she did a great job with helping relieve the tightness in my back and neck. Will definitely be making more appointments for massage therapy with her.

Misty is such an incredible body worker!!! It’s clear every session just how much she understands anatomy because she’ll trace my issues back to knots and tension I didn’t even know I had. I always request deep pressure for massages, but it can be hit or miss on whether a masseuse believes me - never with Misty though, she is SO strong. The environment is super relaxing, I feel heard every appointment and always leave feeling amazing! Look no further if you need a new LMT!!

Excellent 2nd visit. Misty worked out more knots in my back, trapezius, and arms. It was a good forceful massage for pain relief.

Misty does great massage and body work! I constantly push my body and Misty helps keep it all moving and working! Her sports massage is awesome…It releases tight tissue for better sports performance.

Misty was great! I recently moved to Chattanooga, and was pushing off finding a new LMT. The thought of trusting Google reviews and having no one personally recommend was a little intimidating. Misty’s new client special is great, her option to pay ahead is even better! Her deep tissue massage was wonderful and unlocked a lot of tension in my upper body. I’m happy to have found my new LMT on the first go!

Absolutely amazing.I made my husband an an appointment with Misty because he has muscle knots in his back for years along with pain. The muscle knot had become so large that I could physically see them. After looking around she is the only person I found that does trigger point massages. There hasn't been very much over the years that has given him any relief. After just 1 hour session with Misty his pain has eased up tremendously and I can see a physical difference in the knots. I will definitely be booking more sessions with misty for my husband along with a few sessions for myself. She is absolutely amazing and does not disappoint.
