Fundamental Massage

Jackie has created a very warm and welcoming space, I started to relax as soon as I entered her office. Jackie her self has a calming presence, so I was already relaxing into the session before I even got on the table. I have had a lot of body work done, and this was the most relaxing massage I have ever had. Jackie worked methodically and smooth to provide deep relief in a way that was essentially pain free. The relaxation I experienced through the rest of the day was such a great reset for my mind and body. I highly recommend you go see Jackie for your next bodywork session.

I just had my first massage in three years and what an experience… Jackie is great! She made the experience really about me, which seems easy enough, but has not always been the case in my past experiences at other places. I am looking forward to booking another appointment in the near future.

Three years ago, I injured my back. After successful physical therapy (PT), they suggested that I continue to get massages to prevent muscle tension from building up. I have seen several different therapists for my back. Jackie is the best I have had to date. She is professional, she listens to the client regarding pressure, and she knows how to find the problem areas. My favorite massage therapist! Jackie has such a gentle yet therapeutic approach to relieving stubborn muscle tension. I always leave feeling tremendously better than when I came in. She uses the perfect amount of pressure to get the job done without painful techniques.
