Beth is the best! I loved my massage. Her technique relieved tension without pain, and also was a relaxing experience. It feels great being able to support local and not be "sold to" like at big chain massage places. Looking forward to making this a regular part of my self-care!

I saw Beth for a relaxing massage, as I have been under great stress and struggling with grief from the passing of my father. I booked a 45-minute focused massage, asking her to work on my back, shoulders, and neck. She used long slow stokes with firm pressure, facilitating relaxation. She checked with me to make sure the pressure was correct, making sure I received what I wanted. She provided not only what I wanted and needed, but more. I left much more relaxed, and not just my muscles. I felt my depression and grief had lifted some, sort of like I had received a massage to my soul. I don't give massage praise easily, as I am a former massage therapist myself. I know that being able to work on muscles is one thing, but being able to provide a service that heals on a deeper level requires a special talent. I can't recommend Beth highly enough.

Just got out of a great 1hr massage with Beth. It was very relaxing and I felt so much looser after! I work a high stress job where I’m basically behind a computer all day so I usually have a lot of tension in my shoulders so getting those muscles worked out was great. Highly recommend.
