Georgie's Social House

Stopped by Georgie’s after our Corto Lima dinner date. The drinks were very good, though the bartender didn’t really seem like he wanted to be there, or talk to anyone…. The space gave kinda *cheap* boutique hotel bar vibes, dark lit with lite colored furniture all in grays. I’m sure this place turns up late night.

We hosted a friends wedding shower here on a Saturday afternoon and it was the PERFECT venue for our party! It was spacious yet intimate, the decor is elegant, and the drinks are fantastic and reasonably priced. The manager/owner was easy to work and communicate with. We ordered charcuterie boards from the restaurant for snacking and brought our own desserts. Highly recommend Georgie’s for an event like this.

Stopped in for a drink last night and ordered an old fashioned. The vibe and atmosphere was nice for finishing off the night. However, the bartender pulled the whiskey glass out of the dishwasher and made my drink in the glass and handed it to me while the glass was still piping hot. Never have I experienced this at a bar before. Would have been a much better drink if the ice hadn’t diluted it so quickly from the glass being so hot.

Georgie’s never fails and is a must go to each time I am in Lexington! Great for drinks after a long day at work, ladies night, date night or if you just want to enjoy one of their amazing cocktails at the bar! Love the decor and it’s fun choosing which George you are in the mood for that day!! Thank you Georgie’s for always knocking it out of the park!!

I have no bad things to say about this place! I went to college in Lexington and came back for a weekend trip. The bartender with the red/orangish dreads was AMAZING and hilarious. Having a good bartender can make or break a spot and he killed it. Overall a cute place! Good vibes and atmosphere! Will be coming back next time I’m in town.

My husband and I are visiting Lexington for the first time to celebrate our 6th anniversary. We are so glad we happened upon Georgio’s at the recommendation of our hotel, 21c. We enjoyed our happy hour drinks (GREAT deals!!!), and our bartender Isaiah was so wonderful! He gave us so many insider tips on what to do and see in downtown Lexington. When coming to a new town it’s key to get the insider’s perspective and he was a wealth of knowledge! Would 10/10 recommend stopping into Georgio’s for drinks during your visit to Lexington. Ask for Isaiah! 🙂

Bartender was very nice and chatted but then let us enjoy our night and wasn’t overbearing. Great drinks and cool spot!

Best downtown bar in Lexington! Great atmosphere, including the decor. Service is always on point especially with Dani, Raphael, and Donny. Drinks are amazing and can’t go wrong with any of them!
