I've owned a fitness studio in Santa Barbara since 2001 and have had more than my fair share of massages, but this is the massage that works best for me. Jeff is very direct and to the point - he digs in deep and doesn't mess around, which is exactly what you're looking for in a deep tissue / sports massage. I appreciate his attention to detail and knowledge of human anatomy. As an active person, I feel better, rather than just relaxed, as I walk out the door.

I have traveled to Europe 14 times and tried all kinds of "massage therapist" locally as well. Jeff is hands above any of them. He has an innate sense that finds every knot and stiff muscle. He works wonders on my neck and shoulders which is not easy as I have had four major neck surgeries. If you try him once, you will go back. I drive about 45 miles one way, he is that good.
