Golden Massage

Did this lady roll her eyes at me when I didn’t tip PRIOR to her providing the service?!? Yes, and I see why she takes payments up front because her massages are HORRIBLE!!! It felt like I was fighting with a 2 year old that was constantly pushing me. It was horrible and I suggest to visit the mall where they give great massages. If this is a happy ending place, they need to just say that because they aren’t giving out massages. -1/5 stars! My expectations were already low but dayum, this service was horrid.

Come here if you want to leave how you arrived. Worst massage ever. I wanted to get up after the first ten minutes. Checked in around thirty. Left at 50 minutes out of my hour. Horrible. Worst massage in ten years of getting massages. I think her hands were broken. Then had the nerve to ask for a tip. At first I resisted, but then I figured she could use the extra money to help the stem cell foundation grow her some new arms. Wreck. Clearly they only do one type of pressure here.

I’ve been to more than a handful of reflexology places throughout the year so I’d like to think I have enough experience with what to expect on average. I walked in to Golden Massage and was able to get a one hour foot massage. Often in other massage parlors a foot massage comes with a quick back and neck rub but mostly foot. This place was 100% foot and lower leg. During my massage, the therapist had to interrupt multiple times to answer the phone and the door. This was a bit disruptive to the experience. Another disruptive thing is the massage therapist talked to other colleagues for quite some time. A comment here and there is fine but this was more than that. Finally and probably the thing that made the massage not so great was the therapist used gloves. I’ve never had this happen before even during Covid. Even using oil the repetitive moment on the feet and legs with the gloves really started to hurt and irritate my skin.

Their website clearly advertises two coupons right on the home screen, one for $10 bucks off any $60 minute massage and another for $99 for two people; however, when I called to confirm, they suddenly don't speak English and don't understand what I'm saying and just keep saying "no coupon." Absolutely ridiculous.

The sign on the door says $29 for 60 mins for new customers. I went in as a new customer and they could only accommodate 30 minutes which was fine and worked better for my schedule. However it was $45 and the massage was barely 15 minutes. I’m giving it 2 stars as the 15 minute massage I did receive was very good.

Price online & on the door stated $50/hour. Upon arrival we were charged $70/hr and had to pay up front... Very unusual. Massage was just ok. Nothing spectacular. Still tipped each girl $20, would not recommend or return again though.

Had a one hour massage which was excellent and we will be back

They don’t even bother asking when you want to come in automatically tell you they are too busy.
