Golden Sunflower SPA

I had a wonderful experience here! David did an awesome job! His service was excellent and he gave a lot for a 30 minute back massage and 30 minute foot massage adding in a quick face massage. He persistently asked if the pressure was ok which I appreciated and he quickly adjusted when I asked for a little less pressure making sure get the pressure to my liking. He was very respectful. The spa was very clean and the front desk lady had good customer service as well. I will definitely return.

OMG! Hands down the best massage I ever had. Terry was amazing. Really put good pressure on my problems areas. I felt soooo much better after leaving. I already schedule my second appointment. Thank you for your great service and affordable prices. I definitely will be a returning client.

As someone who knows the benefits of frequent massage, I try to go regularly every 4-5 weeks for relaxation and to relieve any tension I may not be aware of. After searching a bit for a local shop in Charlotte area, I came across Golden Sunflower and they offer acupressure massage!!! I was excited to try as I have sporadic pain associated with lipedema. I booked a combo of 1 hour acupressure and a 1 hour facial. It was nice and quiet inside and everyone was kind and friendly. I was welcomed and felt like my business was really appreciated. I was immediately walked back to my room, which had two tables, one for massage and one setup for facials. Great! The massage was phenomenal. The Masseuse checked in throughout to be sure the pressure was ok. We worked on everything I knew in a few days I would feel different! The facial was amazing. I was cleansed several times, exfoliated, and double masked! My skin was glowing when I walked out! I went on a Thursday. Experienced a little soreness as expected later that evening and a little on Friday. I made sure to rest and drink extra water. Friday evening into Saturday nothing hurts. Everything feels loose and limber and for once my legs and arms feel lighter! Can't wait to come back to visit! I'll have to find someone back home so I can continue seeing how acupressure helps!

Great job. Had a lot of massages and reflexologist, they are one of the best. They actually apply pressure to get out your knots. Terry is awesome

UPDATE: I went back and gave them another chance and they were very attentive and the person I was with (didn't catch his name) was awesome! Was holding out hope that this would be my new "go to" place for a "hurts so good" deep tissue massage. After reading reviews that said "don't go to Mike because he will leave you sore," I went with Mike hoping I would get what I needed, and I did not. This isn't to say Mike didn't work extremely hard, it just wasn't deep enough for me. Also, the language barrier was tough as I kept telling him only upper back, neck, shoulders, etc. and he proceeded to do entire body work. If anyone knows where I can get that truly deep tissue massage in the area, please let me know.

I had a great massage. Didn't break the bank. I was in so much pain. The masseuse cared that I felt better after my massage and asked in the middle. It is an Asian spa. Language barrier but it did not impede my ability to get service.

Me and my friend took a 60 min massage appointment but the extended it to 90 Min without any discussion. Most employees don’t talk in English so it’s very difficult to communicate. They don’t have doors, only curtains. Other employees keep barging in. You can hear people talking in other massage rooms. Over all very unprofessional and disappointing experience. Will not go back for sure.

Had two great hot stone massages from Mia. One last week and one today. I plan to see her again in the future
