Music-wise, this spot is a great vibe. Vinyl, good sound system (2 great speakers on the wall above the bar), and solid track selection by the DJ.

Checked out this spot for casual drinks and food with a friend. Loved the overall vibe of the bar: cozy but spacious inside. The friendliness of the bartenders we met, Mo and Javier, really made it a lovely experience. Tried the fish tacos and would totally get those again. Also had the espresso martini- was good! Perfect for a chill drink solo or with a friend. They have a DJ on Wednesdays and Sundays too.

Went here for a family members birthday. The vibes seemed really chill because there was a DJ playing music and seating outside. It was pretty busy too so it seems like people come here often. Heres my review- Pros: Nice space and aesthetic Clean bathrooms Seating indoors and outdoors Good Location Cons: Unfortunately the cons outweigh the positive. We ordered three drinks, two draught beers and a whiskey on the rocks. The whiskey was a cheap $30 bottle — they were so cheap with the pour. The draught beers said $8 on the menu but they charged us $42. I asked the worker and he said its because tip is included and didnt even offer to give me a receipt. Figured maybe the whiskey on the rocks was somehow $20?? My draught beer was so insanely watered down and tasteless. Then my friend ordered a Negroni. Not only did they not know how to make it they put ALL ice and barely any drink. It took them almost 20 minutes for this drink and we asked about it twice. The bartender said they were making it but we were literally watching them all stand there and talk for a while. Maybe they were understaffed, we tried to be understanding but the service was absolutely terrible and the fact that tip was included was frustrating. If you’re going to pay this much for drinks the service better be good!

Good Bar lives up to its name. In an area filled with packed restaurants and bars, Good Bar provides the perfect balance of vibe, ambiance, and energy. My friend and I decided to come here for a drink prior to dinner located not too far away. We wanted to catch up so we wanted a place that wasn't too loud, comfortable, yet fun. The staff here were extremely attentive and friendly, and their beer selection provided just the right amount of options. Finally - the music!!! If you want to listen to chill yet retro tunes all on vinyl, then this place is for you. I look forward to coming back!

I was looking for good music and was happy that I got it. My Shazam was working overtime to catch all the tracks. Rogue but tasty selection of beers and the staff were so friendly

The bar is placed very well in the neighborhoods night life. A great spot to head to after a night out, or maybe a simple pit stop on your way to another bar. By this point I had already been to two other bars with friends and their lack of sobriety started to show so we got food. If you're in Greenpoint and need a spot to just meet-up at– Good Bar isn't a bad shout. I couldn't appreciate the food because I have teeth pain atm but the drink selection and overall venue is a major vibe.

Walked in not inviting, “House” lemonade tasted like trash for 9 bucks not worth it, my biggest pet peeve is a bartender who doesn’t know how to do their job.You should know how to make a simple drink. And whispering? me having to huh and lean into you is crazy. Bar tipsy on YouTube it’s free.

Super cute, chill bar with good vibes, perfect to hang indoors or out to people watch for as long as you'd like. Love their to-go drink + food window- Espresso martini was good! Tried the burger and it was really salty this time, but have had friends tell me that other food is good so maybe just an off day. I'll be back to try another time!
