Great Grizzly Bear

I tried 4 beers. All tasted off. I wonder if they clean their lines properly. Burnt burger...but was still good. Wife had a burnt sandwich....twice. Great live music. Food was great. Service was poor. It wasn't a bust evening.

An enjoyable evening at the Grizz. Excellent back patio. It reminds me of a bar you might find in the French Quarter...Secluded. Bricked. Large shade trees. A nice relaxed vibe. Attentive staff. Solid whiskey selection. It's a keeper!

It's a wonderful place to let your hair down and enjoy some good music whether it's from the jukebox on the beautiful patio or inside from a live band. I've been meeting a friend of mine there lately and just getting acquainted with the place. The girl behind the bar is very friendly and took really good care of us. Patio is beautiful and the music is good. Looking forward to my next visit.

This is a bit of a mix between a bar and a restaurant (they have a bar but also table service.) There is a large patio as well. The food menu is pretty typical pub fare and everything we tried was good. They also offer bottomless mimosas or bloody Marys on Sundays.

I love this place, bartenders are great and so is the food! The blonde bartender in the evening is amazing, she always makes me feel right at home! I am new to the area and I will be back!

Under new ownership the food is awesome the bartenders are smoking hot and the crowd is all Soulard island people can't wait to go back the grizzly bear Burger was the best burger I've had in a long time

I came here last night, and it has a dive bar vibe. Several people were sitting in the bar area and getting their night started early. Meanwhile, I only stopped by for a drink and saw this online through my quick search. The bar has good drinks, and they're affordable (for once)! My dog was with me, so I sat outside in their patio area. It was spacious, too. I would come here again with my friends for a chill, dive bar feel.

Sarah was super kind, I got a couple burgers Togo and they’re amazing! Great flavor and a wonderful ambiance to the place. I can’t wait to eat here again!
