Great spa! I would just recommend bringing your own little wristlet bag for things you want close to you such as phone and chapstick- there are no pockets in the robes so having a wristlet bag came in handy for me personally. I booked the deep tissue massage with Tatiana. Highly recommend her! I had a lot of pain in my body and she really gave special attention to the areas that were in the most pain. It’s not always easy to find a good masseuse but I’d highly recommend her! After, I went downstairs to the water area. The sauna and steam room were amazing and there was a heated pool with an ice plunge right next to it. They provide snacks, tea and water. The snacks are individually packaged. The veggie sticks and chips were stale I will say because those types of things need to be kept away from moisture and we were in an area where there’s a lot of that. They have clementines which I enjoyed though and I had their tea. Overall a great experience. It doesn’t feel low quality, and it takes care of everything you’d want/need from a spa. Highly recommend!!

First time visit was a great experience. Aromatherapy Massage by Diane was very good! Besides the massage, the steam sauna was my favorite (it was a invigorating eucalyptus steam). The water plunges are sized to accommodate the maximum of people allowed, which is great so they don't get over crowded. The staff were friendly and helpful while frequently walking about the premises. Water and light snacks are also provided. Will definitely return!

Had a deeply relaxing experience at the water lounge at the spa. There’s a dry sauna that stays around 175, a cold pool, a hot tub and a steam room as well. Sandals robes and towels are provided. Cookies, fruit and tea are available as well Would happily return for a stress-relieving middle of the week experience

We came in for the water lounge at Great Jones Spa to get out of the cold for a bit. At $70 for two hours, you get an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city & can relax in the jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, or cold plunge. They have tea, fruit, & snacks as well as locker rooms for you to store your belongings while you lounge. Be sure to bring a bathing suit! The only thing I would say it that it can get a little crowded. I recommend going on a weekday to avoid crowding in the pools

It was the most relaxing experience ever. Very clean and well kept. The staff were all so nice. The sauna was so relaxing. I had a 90-minute Swedish massage with Denise, who was awesome. I also had a facial with Rivka, who was so informative and sweet. I've been raving about this place since I went, and I can't wait for my next visit.

Used to be amazing. Not so great anymore. When this place opened in the early 2000’s it was better than anything else in NY. Sadly, the customer service, staff and facility itself has just gone downhill. The prices are super-high, and they no longer care to serve the recurring neighborhood clients, who demand a great service for the top dollar fees. Now it’s a tourist trap trying to snare large groups of bridesmaids who will likely never set foot in the space again. And with snippy front desk staff to boot.

Went for a birthday massage and mani/ pedi. Both were excellent. And the water spa beforehand was relaxing.
