Grey Matter Massage

I’ve now had two massages with Jeremy. Loved them both and the second one was even better, showing Jeremy’s passion and abilities are increasing his art very expansively! It’s the most intuitive massage I have ever had. I have very good proprioception and Jeremy’s advanced knowledge of the body has proven to make me aware of even more that’s going on then I was ever aware. I would highly recommend him in any capacity your life can permit. ❤️

I have had the pleasure of going to Jeremy for massage therapy throughout the past year. It has been beneficial for my overall wellness, and his professional demeanor always puts me at ease throughout the session. More recently, he has tailored massages to aid in recovery following a car accident, further demonstrating his in-depth knowledge of anatomy and injury recovery. Jeremy provides a very comfortable atmosphere and is easy to communicate with. He provided me the BEST deep tissue massage I've ever had. He talked with me about my problem areas and gave me some stretches do at home that will help with the really tight and painful muscle groups. I look forward to our next session and the healing he will help me bring to my body.

An old shoulder injury had been plaguing my range of motion and the deep tissue massage I got from Jeremy was just the ticket. I also have some issues with my neck from years of computer work and he got to work on that area as well. Very pleased with my new range of motion, feeling great. I plan to make regular visits part of my overall wellness plan. He is extremely knowledgeable about muscle, bone and connective tissue.

I'd never had a deep tissue massage and Jeremy worked wonders on releasing the tension in my body I'd been holding on to for years. He explained clearly and thoughtfully the problem areas and how they affected my whole self. I walked out of his studio feeling more comfortable and at ease and will be going back after practicing the exercises he gave me. Great work and a very positive experience in a lovely relaxing space.

I found Jeremy online a few months ago when a desperately needed a "same day" massage for a stiff neck. I was so happy with the results that I returned for my 2nd massage and will be back for more. Absolutely wonderful massage by Jeremy! If I lived in Wilmington would be my go to massage spot. He targeted areas I had forgotten were problem spots and had the perfect pressure throughout. Cannot recommend Jeremy more!
