Grigio Wine & Cocktail Bar

Great spot for an evening drink and just a stone throw away from St Paul hotel

While visiting my best friend she brought me into this cocktail bar for drinks and I loved it! This bar wasn’t open while I lived in Wooster, but I wish it had been. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the cocktails were imaginative + delicious. I can’t wait to visit again for another night out.

Disappointed would be putting it lightly. I’ve never been treated so poorly & felt so unwelcome in any establishment. We asked about a drink that was featured on your social media, and we were rudely told that you didn’t have the ingredients to make it. We were celebrating a friends birthday & this was the stop to end the night and it was your male bartenders top priority to make sure we were not return customers. Working in the service industry, you aren’t going to love every customer interaction you come into contact with and I understand with a group of 10 ladies, we were a little louder. But there’s never an excuse to treat people disrespectfully when they are there to spend money at your bar. Respectfully, I recommend hiring more friendly and welcoming bartenders. Not ones that who think they own the bar & need to be selective about their clientele because they’re unsocial and intimidated by a large group of women.

We loved our stop at Grigio!! The design inside the space was beautiful, and the private members-only area downstairs was cozy and exclusive (we are not members, but requested a tour and they let us check the space out). When the weather is nicer they have a great patio, too! All of the girls working were super friendly and we really enjoyed chatting with them. We hope to be back soon!

The venue is unique and clean, and has indoor and outdoor seating. It was very busy and the stress of the bar staff was very noticeable. My simple question (relayed through another staff member) was met with a snappy and somewhat rude answer. They have the ingredients to make EXACTLY what the menu says... nothing extra. My drinks were ok but probably a little too strong for my liking which took over any of the lovely flavors they were going for. All I could taste was the burn of the booze. It made me sad and although I was promised sweet drinks, nothing really was sweet enough. The charcuterie boards were a neat experience

This chique wine bar could be in Paris, San Francisco, or NYC, but it's here in Wooster. A lovely place to enjoy your friends, meet new ones, and enjoy exquisite beverages made by the best in class bartenders. Definitely worth the time to stop by.

This place is a whole vibe. The drinks are outstanding and the service is top notch!

Good drinks, nice beer selection and great patio for good weather.
