Hair of the Dog

It's a pretty cool place. Despite being listed as an English pub, it's sort of a cool billiards hall with a bar. Not very dive-y as it's too open. Pretty spread out tables, for food and pool. TVs will be playing sports, this time it was The Euros. The restrooms are clean, stocked, and single-room. The service is friendly and the drinks are cold. The pool tables work good but the ATM may pose a bit of a problem, doesn't always work. I can't comment on the food, I didn't order any. I'd recommend this place.

Went with a group from out of town last evening and had a reasonably nice time, standard expectations for the bar team were met... So I don't know what happened to warrant it but about 5 minutes after last call, security/bouncer/etc began yelling at us to leave, high pitched whistles, etc- essentially herding us like cattle for the door- while half of us are trying to finish the drinks we were just sold and handed. I certainly understand wanting to close on time but it was a really terrible way to be treated after spending quite a bit of money and time there... I would have appreciated a more respectful approach, personally. Wish them well, but will not be returning.

I've been here several times. Staff has always polite and courteous. Soccer is always on too! Some bad clients though. This wasn't one time, I'm kind of turned off by racist comments by customers

Sports everywhere lots of tv's. Great pool venue w/ new tables & awesome jukebox Bartenders Ashley, Jazmine always have my drink ready.

It's an ok place, just a quick stop before checking into the hotel. Good drinks.

Stopped in for a few. I FOUND THE HAIR OF THE DOG. Huge floor filled with games and pool tables. Recommend for college aged kids that didn't go to college, ha. Kind of a local place but I feel like lots of visitors probably come here because there aren't many bars in the area. I say that because most of the other places around are specific to a certain type of patrons and this is just a classic British pub.

We popped in here for a cold drink after a hike, great drink selection, plenty of pool tables, patio seating, no food but you can bring outside food in!
