The family and I went there to eat dinner and when we got there decided to go bowling. So we ordered pizza and wings. The wife also got poutine.. everything was delicious and came out in a timely manner. We all had a good time there.(New update. The owners closed down the restaurant for food. The bar is open

Waited 45min until someone took our order. Waited and hour to receive our food. It was “Wing night” so 3 of us ordered 10 wings each. 1 plain, 1 hot, 1 half (5) garlic parm and the other half (5) medium. Then 2 Mac and cheese kids meals. After the super long wait we finally received our food. She brought out a full order of each of what should have been the half and half wings. I told her we just ordered 1 with 5 medium and 5 garlic parm. She said the kitchen messed up, took the medium wings away and just left me with the garlic parm wings. She then came back with a small side of medium sauce to dip my garlic parm wings in and stated she would take my order off the bill. When she read off the bill and gave us our total, I questioned her if she took the order off. She stated that she took the extra order of wings off (that I never ordered to begin with). She proceeded to tell me very rudely that I asked for sauce to go with my garlic parm wings (NEVER did) and that the kitchen doesn’t do orders like that. The food was COLD and most of the wings were inedible. They were fried until the skin was like leather and the meat was beyond dry. My 2 toddlers mac and cheese was a congealed solid mass. They couldn’t scoop out a bite without lifting the entire glob out of the dish. I try to give credit where credit is due but after being treated so rudely at the end, warranted a proper review.

Food was okay but you can tell they go with a lower quality. The bigger facility that this is in is impressive but I'd eat somewhere else before coming here. I ordered the ribs and there were what I would assume are tendons in the meat. Never seen that in ribs that I've had elsewhere. They are alongside the bones in this picture.

Went there for lunch with my girlfriend on 4/14/18 at 1PM. Ordered the snakebite pasta for me, a Doc Holiday for her as well as a Bavarian Pretzel appetizer, Pepsi and a Sam Adams tall draft. Started off by being shown a list of 12 or so drafts that they were "out of" by the waitress when I asked what they had on tap... OK, I can work with that, after all they still had Sam Adams Summer so I am good to go.. ordered a tall draft. Unfortunately it was almost room temp when I got it. ( $6.48 for a tall warm beer) But hey, not the worst thing that's ever happened, and I was thirsty so I did drink it. We waited quite a bit for our app to come ( didn't time it so know idea exactly how long) , but we had noticed that they were serving a funeral party/reception or whatever the PC term is for one of those on the other side of the building and just assumed the kitchen was slow from that, but then again how long does it take to microwave three pretzels and put them on a plate? Added to that is the fact that they are listed on the menu as coming with "beer cheese". They actually came with a coarse ground mustard and a small container of plain nacho cheese. Again, no big deal, I ordered them because I like the pretzel, not so much the dip, but when they finally made it to the table the waitress told us "your order will be right out" and she meant it! She literally walked back to the kitchen and came right back with our meals. Maybe its just me but when I order and appetizer I assume that it will come before the meal, something quick to snack on while the rest of the order is being prepared....not here, you get it all at once. Have to admit my girlfriends food looked great, nicely cooked, fries were done well ( not soggy, not overdone) she said it tasted good too! ( A+ there). Unfortunately my pasta was overly salty and swimming in some weird orange grease that I can only assume was the "cheese" or possibly whatever the onions and peppers were wilted in. I tried a couple bites of the pasta and passed on the rest, just didn't have the nerve to attempt the chicken or vegetables in the dish. While I was away from the table our waitress asked my girlfriend if I would want a box for the basically untouched pasta ( shouldn't that be my choice?) Nothing against her personally, she wasn't to blame for any of the multitude of little failures that made the whole experience lousy. ( And yes, she did get a 20% tip) On the way out I happened to see the owner?manager? and had a short talk with him, told him exactly what is in this review and found out that the bartender who pulled my warm beer knew that there was a problem with the refrigeration system and that there was a service guy there working on it at the time.... why the hell would you not tell your customer that when the order went in? So all told we paid $40.22 for a chicken philly steak sandwich ( Doc Holiday) and fries and a Pepsi ( with one refill) and the rest was a write off. Certainly not the experience that I would have hoped for and certainly not what I hope those of you who read this get either.

Shout out to Tracy the friendly bartender, trying to hold it all together. New cook at this place, very slow service. She went back 2-3 times to see if our order was ready. The young guy behind the bar told a customer "Ive never made a bloody mary before" and left the guy standing there waiting (wondering). Food here used to be great. Now, not so much.
