Terrible experience! I had a membership and went about every other month. They would constantly call me to tell me my masseuse had an emergency and they would have to reschedule. This happened FIVE times in a row. I went from September to July without seeing them. I spoke with the owner who tried to tell me he only sees one cancellation in their system. Of course that's what he said. I just decided to call and complain about imaginary cancellations. There are a million places to choose from. Unbelievable.

I'm fifty one and that was my first massage and it was unbelievable. Rochelle was perfection. She explained exactly what she was doing and I am shocked at how I feel a day after. Very educational and professional. I'm booked for more. Had a bad back strain. Today is the best I've felt. Amazing skills.

4 of us went for facials at La Vida in Alpharetta. I have had facials at more expensive spas before, so I was surprised to find this place so nice! Don't let the Kroger strip location keep you away. No need to pay more, as this experience was wonderful. Beautiful establishment and friendly staff. We all had a relaxing top-notch facial experience with Heather and Ilona, and we will be back.

LaVida always does a great job, I have a few regular therapists who are amazing . Sasha and Summer are my favorites, but they are all wonderful. Never had a bad experience at this spa.
