Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I was running a little late I called to see if I can reschedule or push my time back they told me no I have to come I said OK they said the time that you're late will be taken out of the 50 mins I said OK then they call my boyfriend and tell him the massage. Therapist is going to leave in 10 minutes if I'm not there mind you the appointments at 1 o'clock it's 1:05 and I talked to the lady at 12:55 and told her I was running 15 late

Scammers?? I went to there location 2 times, happen to go thru the credit card statement, and unbeknownst to me.....they have charging my credit card from August 2023 until 7/16/2024!!!!!! Did I say I visited there location twice.....August and Sept 2023..... Now they tired to tell me I signed up for the membership, BUT were is contract??? Why was not emailed to me....since everything is done electronically? Then I called a couple times not call back, so I reach to Capital One and there on it just like! Called back and the Owner isn't going to refund by money because I called my credit company, (being petty, so I will have wait for reversal of funds!) Shameful folks! I tell you folks get mad when you call out! Do BETTER! If I find loop hole to sue, I will because love you as long as their getting your money other than that, it all about self. With dusty log cabin look SPA!

Frequent massage customer but first time at this establishment… Not bad but expected better for the price: ~Needs better sound deadening. Hard to relax and enjoy massage when you can hear everything happening outside the room - from the male employee in the next room who coughed through my entire 90 minute session, to the intake associates talking at the front desk. ~Massage room wasn’t inviting. Plain - no artwork or plants or stones to warm the space - masseuse turned on Amazon star machine ($10) when they entered. Music was okay but overshadowed by exterior noise mentioned earlier (and the podcast the masseuse was listening to in their earbuds which I could also hear). ~Massage itself was just okay. Masseuse started without the body oil I had paid extra for, had to stop and leave the room to get it. Left room for a second time also but I don’t remember why. Hand pressure was inconsistent as was temperature of stones. When asked about one of the upgrades I had paid for masseuse couldn’t explain its healing properties. At the end I was given a small plastic cup half full of room temperature water as the masseuse explained the importance of hydrating for the rest of the day.

I received a massage from a therapist named Nicole, amazing, would be an understatement. She was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend, extremely professional, as well as, I have had massages in the past, but none like this is. Awesome, good job guy's, can't wait to re-book.

My therapist Nicole was awesome! She has 10 years experience and very professional! She knew exactly where all my tension was. I would recommend her and this place to everyone.I can’t wait till I come back and see them again.

I would not recommend this place. Notified me numerous times and then cancelled at last minute. Made no effort to reschedule me. Just, thank you, bye. Very unprofessional.

The massage therapist that they put me with seemed inexperienced and the massage was not great at all. She was all over the place and in some areas she did not give skin on skin contact. Also, the oil was very thin and seemed watery. I get massages bi-weekly and this was by far the worst massage that I have had. It was a total waste of money. They offered me money off on another massage but I declined the offer because I refuse to waste money for a poor massage. I will continue to go to the asian massage. I only came here because I had a gift card that was given to me for my birthday. This place was better when it was Massage Green.

I wish I could give it ZERO stars! This is by far the worst location. I have been coming to hand and stone for over 10 years! I book an appointment for today online. It asked for my card but did not take a payment. Whoever works the front desk merged my newly made account with my old account. Causing them to call the wrong number when they tried reaching out. My appointment was cancelled 30 minutes before my appointment. I seen a declined payment on my card randomly and decided to call the office, SEVERAL times! Of course no one answered. Just a horrible experience! Never book this location.
