I broke my wrist 7 weeks ago. Because I had to hold my hand up for weeks I developed a very stiff shoulder. I have gone to Melissa twice in the last week and she has worked wonders on my shoulder and back. Sheila is my therapist and she is totally awesome! She takes time with me, asks questions, provides advice, and always makes sure I have water and don't get up too quickly at the end of the session. I recommend her highly!
