Eris. One name and it says it all. Before coming to this establishment, I checked reviews online for several different massage places when I came across reviews for her. From the moment we met she had a way of helping me relax. We discussed my wants and needs & she shared what she specialized in- which is trigger point and deep tissue. I carry a lot of stress and feel very tight in my back and neck especially. From her first touch, I knew I would leave there feeling so much better than when I came in. When I tell you she worked hard, used the right amount of pressure, guided me in breathing through some of the more difficult problem areas and treated me with kindness- I can’t even put into words how she made me feel. I have already booked my appointment for next week with her following her recommendation to a treatment plan. I couldn’t help but cry and hug her for making me feel so much better- albeit sore. I cannot recommend her enough. Hands down the best massage I have ever had. Make your appointment with her, you will not be disappointed.

Overall satisfied with our couples massage! Just a few things we weren’t fond of. My husband’s massage therapist wore gloves which kind of altered the whole experience and we paid for a 60 minute massage but they started a few minutes late and stopped about 10 minutes early which was unfortunate. Again, massage was overall fine but few minor concerns!

My boyfriend and I set up a couples massage together last Monday. However, when we got there, there was only a single massage scheduled. Because we already prepaid for one person we asked if we could just pay for one more person for a couples massage later in the day. They said that we would have to pay full price! They also refused us a refund even though we paid and didn’t get a massage. This was super disappointing. I came in for my first massage excited and ready to be relaxed. Instead I had to deal with a stressful morning.

I saw Andrea today and it was amazing! She did a phenomenal job explaining as she went along and answering my questions….felt great after! Highly recommend her!

Great experience with Kimberly- she’s got such a pleasant rhythm to her massage and checked in during natural breaks like flips or hot towel exchanges. Would recommend her for both the massage and overall ambience!

On my first visit to LaVida, Eris provided the best deep tissue massage I’ve had. Her technique was expert, perfect amount of pressure, the room was so relaxing, the heated table felt great, and my results are a lot less body pain and better mobility. I’ll definitely return!

I came here about a month ago for our wedding anniversary. My husband and I got a couple's massage by Rachel and Kimberly. Both were fantastic! Highly recommend 🙂
