Hand In Health Massage Therapy

Mom of 2 in her mid-30s with not one Yoga class under her belt. I am OVERLY JOYED to say that my first experience with Katy Woods was the BEST! She was professional, polite, kind, welcoming, and totally put my mind at ease (I was basically radiating nervousness when I walked in the door, ha!). The space has right ambiance and Katy immediately gave me confidence, without even telling me, that I can do this! The positions/poses/stretches were perfect. She even went around the room at time to assist myself and others which was great. I took this class on a suggestion from a friend and I will definitely be back. I even had a good nights sleep, taboot!

Abigail did an amazing deep tissue massage. She really paid attention to the spots I mentioned, and I left being able to turn my neck all the way to both sides! She made sure I was always comfortable, and did a fantastic job. I will be seeing her again!

I went for a Manual Lymph Drainage appointment. I was not sure what to expect because I had never had this type of appointment before. Brian was awesome. He took the time to talk with me and explain the lymphatic system and how this appointment would help. Will definitely be going back again.

Yesterday, I received a 90-minute therapeutic massage from Ben that far surpassed my expectations. His outstanding professionalism, calming demeanor, and technical expertise quickly dispelled my initial apprehensions and induced deep relaxation. Ben's mastery of massage therapy was evident as he skillfully released long-standing muscle knots and tension that I had grown accustomed to tolerating. I will undoubtedly schedule another appointment in the near future!

I don’t even write reviews ever but this was hands down the best massage I have ever had. Terry was incredible and I immediately wanted to tell all of my friends to go to her. I have never felt more relaxed. Dr. Andrew, the chiropractor, was also very professional, personable, and helpful! So happy I found this location, will be coming back monthly if not weekly!

I was gifted this experience and I had Terry Taylor, she went beyond my expectations! I left feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated after my 60 minute massage. She was in-tuned to my trouble/stressed areas. I definitely will return and wouldn’t mind doing this more often. Thank you I felt like I was on cloud 9 for an hour of my day today! I have already passed on word to my friends. Best gift if you are looking to brighten someone’s day!

My first experience at Hand in Health was incredible. Yvette was very communicative leading up to the appointment. At my appointment she paid attention to all the problem areas I had mentioned and was very friendly and thorough. I also loved having Lexi (her dog) join us for the session! I will definitely be back and highly recommend Hand in Health to everyone.
