Haven truly lives up to it’s name as I have always had a very pleasant experience while visiting. The shop itself is beautiful, with natural lighting illuminating the beautiful plants, jewelry, crystals, natural cleaning products and skincare, and more! They have an abundance of natural remedies, therapies, and services to help uplift or upkeep your mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. Not to mention, the staff is always amazing at creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in the door. I’ve personally interacted with Vonnie and Mary, both of whom were very attentive at answering any questions that I had and helped me pick out some great gifts! I absolutely love Haven and would recommend it to anyone curious about improving their health or learning about holistic living!

Haven is such a nice, relaxing environment. Every time I leave I feel rejuvenated. I did the cold plunge + sauna this week and absolutely LOVED it. I will be making this a regular thing for my self care! I felt so refreshed and energized afterward. Highly recommend!

recently, i got a lymphatic drainage massage from Jacklyn and also massage therapy from Michelle and they both were wonderful! I had never received a lymphatic drainage massage before and Jacklyn really did an outstanding job. Michelle was able to tell me why i was feeling pain in certain areas and how to treat that with certain stretches. i will definitely be back!

This spa is so relaxing and cute! Daniela did an amazing job and really tailored my facial for my preferences and needs. She is clearly knowledgeable about the products she uses to make sure my skin was getting the TLC it needed. I left feeling the most relaxed I ever have after a facial. Highly recommend 🙂

I got one of my right side, upper back, muscular adhesions released today during my latest massage therapy session at Haven Wellness + Spa. My neck and back are feeling so much better, as well I feel wonderful overall. A special thanks to Jacklyn who performed the treatment. I’m very impressed with Jacklyn who is very knowledgeable and has expert technique in helping get my long time neck pain worked out. I again don’t know what took me so long to get this taken care of, but I’m grateful Haven is there to help. Thank you so much!

I’ve been coming to Haven for a few years now, and it’s such a healing place! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the nicest staff and you’re taken care of the entire time you’re there. I look forward to my massages with Katie as she’s the absolute best there is! She supports whatever your body needs most that day, is informed, and creates a safe and relaxing environment. I’ve been to her during many seasons in my life prenatal, post-surgical, etc. and she always ensures I’m comfortable and getting the most out of my massage. The infrared sauna and other modalities they have are really nice and every time I’m there I know I’m going to leave refreshed and feeling great. I can’t recommend Haven enough!

My massage with Jocelyn this morning was the best massage I’ve ever had! She is highly experience in massage therapy and this is evident through her techniques, thoroughness, and overall professionalism. She made me feel welcome from the very start and allowed me to experience complete comfort and relaxation for those 60 minutes. Can’t recommend her services enough !!!

Jacklyn is awesome! Super relaxing and I definitely notice my a difference after my lymphatic drainage massage. It was not what I expected, just a series of gentle massages around the body but boy do I feel my body cleansing the toxins out! Will be coming back!
