Visiting Scarborough for the weekend. Caught a rainy day and decided to get a massage. It was wonderful! My appointment was with Jack. I expressed my concerns and what bothers me and he nailed it, with a full body massage. His recommendations for self improvement for body concerns were helpful and be put to good use. Thank you!

This is a very professional, well trained, group. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. I have just moved to Maine, leaving my massage therapist of many years behind. My therapist here is Kalie. I treated my visiting son to a sports massage this weekend and he said it was impressive

Heal has become my absolute favorite place to go for a massage. Cindy is so incredibly knowledgeable and goes out of her way to educate her clients. She even gives suggestions on stretches afterwards. I’ve recommended Heal to everyone i know and will definitely continue to do so. Cindy is AMAZING!!!!!!! She’s worked magic to loosen up my stiff muscles and facia, showed stretches and lymph draining techniques. Not only her massaging technique leaves me feeling brand new, she also truly cares!!!!!!! I’d give her 100 stars of I could!!!!!
