I walked in for an appointment I had scheduled, and immediately, two ladies approached me and insisted I pay upfront before any service was provided. I had never heard of this ‘pay-first’ policy before, and it wasn’t communicated when I booked the appointment. Even inside the store, there were no signs or notices stating this policy. Just be aware of this, as it was quite an unpleasant and unexpected experience.
