Best sports massage I've ever had! Adam really knows his craft and can find and relieve tension like nobody I've found before. Adam is a Godsend! He listens to your concerns before he begins and really takes his time to get to the root of any issues. This is not your typical relaxing massage, it's a very deep, get to the problem, massage. I always leave feeling "Massage drunk" and the next day I feel like a new person! I encountered a major knee injury that involved a full patella tendon tear and medial meniscus tear in May of 2022. After surgery was complete and I was released for physical therapy, I quickly and thankfully found the services of Adam Suarez with Healing Hands Massage. I knew that the traditional "fluff" massage therapy was not going to work due to the severity of my injury. As a firefighter, I needed to have full ROM, Range Of Motion therapy and this is what Adam was able to do for me. From our first session to right before I was cleared to return to duty, Adam was able to work out a systematic plan to get my range of motion back, flexibility, and confidence to trust my knee again. Saw Adam some weeks ago for recurring back pain and general stretching. His is a clinical massage that will help you. He'll do whatever pressure you request. With all this stretching, I thought I'd be really sore the next day or the day after. Not so. Back pain helped; minimal soreness. Don't know what part of his regimen had anything to do with my leg swelling, but it was markedly reduced for days. Highly recommended.

Adam is the only person I've ever gone to for a massage! He's very good at finding the issue and relieving the pain, no matter what it is you're dealing with. It's deep tissue, but he is also very attentive to what you can/cannot handle. His dog, Brandy, is also super sweet.
