I had an incredible experience at Healing Hands of Estacio! Nancy was amazing - her deep tissue massage was exactly what I needed. She is truly skilled at targeting problem areas and applying just the right amount of pressure. She definitely has healing hands. I highly recommend Nancy if you're looking for an effective and relaxing deep tissue massage.

Nancy truly does have healing hands! Nancy is a wonderful person who has passion and calling for her clients, massage, and healing. She is an excellent listener who understands, through her clients words and her touch, exactly what is hurting and how to relieve the pain. I first went to Nancy about 6 years ago and found her to be a great masseuse then, but because I relocated, I had not been to her until June 2023. She quickly diagnosed and cured nerve inflammation in my arm that was causing me a lot of pain. Her massage was soothing and I felt years younger when I left. I plan to see her regularly to keep feeling good! I heartily recommend Healing Hands of Estacio/ Nancy Cabral - you won’t believe how good you can feel!

Okay so I waited a little over a month to post this because I wanted to give an honest review that wasn't immediately after the service. My goodness, I initially walked away feeling absolutely amazing. She is so professional and kind and funny and she makes you feel so relaxed. For the first time in 10 months I don't have pain or soreness over my sciatic and a month later I can still say the same and it makes me want to cry. feeling pain or soreness with no relief is awful and to have it finally be relieved is more than i could have asled for. The method she uses with cupping is truly magical and I feel amazing and I cannot wait to go back to her! And I won't say it's all roses because it is not a walk in the park when it comes to the massage, but that's what she needs to do to get you to feeling better. She very much knows what shes doing and I highly recommend going because she is wonderful at what she does! ❤️

I had Hybrid Massage with THE Nancy Cabral. When I first walked in I noticed how homey the demeanor was, it's very cozy and you walk in and you are with such positive energy all around. Very Relaxing. I thought I had had a good massage before..... 5 minutes with Nancy and I realized I was very wrong. Nancy found knots in my calves, thighs, back of my head, and my neck that I never knew were a thing in my body that were causing so much pain. Nancy also had cupped my back and neck, this was new for me and I was nervous about the experience and how it would feel and what it was doing for my body and muscles. Nancy explained everything to me in a way that I would understand and comprehend. She can speak about the muscular structure and connective tissues within every inch of your body that may all sound like gibberish to someone but she also had the amazing way of putting all of that information in a way that you will understand in a very simple form, this is a trait that is often hard to come by and it is something that Nancy should be applauded for. Best way I could ever describe how amazing a single session with Nancy is by saying: Her sessions are like therapy for your body instead of your mind. You will feel like you have a better understanding of where and why something hurts and how to make it better. If you are every in need of an ACTUAL MASSAGE give her a call. There are all kinds of massage therapists. Not always good. Healing Hands is one of the best therapists I've been to. Nancy is professional, caring,and the space she's created is SO relaxing. I'd highy recommend her. She does ask for a credit card deposit for the first visit so if you are ok with that, you will never look back. She is amazing!

Because of 3 bulging discs in my cervical spine and severe bone spirs my neck muscles are extremely tight. I have episodes of severe muscle spasm. Because of this I have difficulty 0}p} my head and I am in constant pain. I havebeen going to Nancy for 3 weeks. I'm not going to lie the massage is painful but the result is worth it. I had positive results after my first massage. With each session the pain during massage is less . I can now hold my head up a little higher.) I can move my head in directions that I could not before. With every session I see more Improvement. Nancy's a Down to Earth person, she makes the atmosphere calming and relaxing.
