Scheduled a one-hour massage with Paige and it was one of the best experiences ever. Excellent massage space - very calming and relaxing, especially with the salt lamps and the indirect light and the warmed massage table with the supportive bolsters for ankles and knees. Paige herself was very professional and made sure I was comfortable when moving my limbs around. The shoulders, neck, and head massage was probably my favorite - lots of knots and painful kinks got loosened up. Had a really relaxing sleep that night when I got home. Thank you!

Called a few times to book the appointment and never got any response. Once I finally booked the appointment, I went in, sat there for almost 20 minutes past my appointment time and no one came out to greet me and i didn’t hear anything in the building. I left and called and no one answered so i left a voicemail. I wasn’t going to leave a negative review if they called me back after my missed appointment but, no one did. It’s the end of the night now and they’ve completed ghosted. So here we are.

I had a wonderful time starting my day off today with a massage from Heather. She was SO helpful and curious about how she could use massage to best help with my physical pain. She answered my questions to the best of her knowledge without judgement, which I appreciated! I am really looking forward to working with Heather in the future. Also, I felt so light and relaxed after the massage as well. Would highly recommend!

I had my first experience at Healing Roots today and it will not be the last! I had a 60 minute massage by the owner, Sarah, and I could not have been more satisfied. As someone who gets several massages a year for both relaxation and sore muscles, I have had my fair share of experiences. I was extremely impressed with the level of care, passion, and attention to detail that Sarah applied to make the experience both relaxing and therapeutic. The center itself is beautiful and emits good energy the moment you walk in the door.

I feel so lucky to have found Healing Roots here in Pittsburgh! Amazing location in Shadyside on Walnut St. and Sarah is the absolute best. She’s such a sweet soul and her massages truly help with my back pain. I feel relaxed for days afterwards!

I visited Healing Roots last month for the first time and received a massage by the very talented India. The entire experience was amazing. I spoke with the owner, Sarah, whom scheduled my massage. She was such a pleasure to work with and answered all of my questions with grace. You could tell how genuine she was through the phone. When I arrived, I was greeted by India who was just as pleasant. The massage itself was fantastic and felt completely customized. India was able to relieve all of my pain and stress. I will definitely be back!

I am a frequent customer of Healing Roots and regularly schedule a 60 min massage, however my mother just surprised me with the 90 min Raindrop massage after the arrival of our newborn for some relaxation. I have to say it was one of the most relaxing and tension relieving experiences I have ever had. The essential oils truly brought forth a new element to the relaxation experience both physically and mentally. I would absolutely recommend this service! All of Sarah's services are top-notch, and the Raindrop massage is a unique experience that is not to be missed!
