i have had bicep tendinitis since nov. 2022. my pt recommend a massage so i decided to spoil myself for my birthday. i definitely need more than one session but since my massage at the beginning of the month i haven’t had one headache yet and i was waking up with them every day because of muscle compensation. i feel extremely grateful that my very first massage was here. cannot wait to go back! she was awesome! even gave me a few tips to get better.
