It’s very unfortunate the staff cares more about tips than they do about their customers. I experienced my first and last appointment with Health Spa! I have to say I was always under the impression in my life that TIPS were at the customers discretion & complimentary. NOT HERE! They will tell you what you have to tip and will get angry if you don’t. I don’t understand why they don’t increase their prices instead of rudely treating customers for not tipping ridiculous amount of money for a stated tip! “$20.00 for an hour and $30.00 for a 1.5 hr massage.” I usually do not leave reviews but this is unprofessional & others should be aware. I am a Nurse who takes pride in caring for my patients which includes comfort, pain relief and keeping them alive. I do not get tips nevertheless would not expect one. However, if a family member recognizes me for my work it’s very much appreciated. Health Spa lost a wonderful customer as I get massages bi-weekly. I thought I found a new gem until checkout. It’s 15 minutes from my house and I enjoy walk in service as my schedule is hectic. I usually tip very well and as I mentioned go often. There loss & it’s much more than the $10.00 portion of the tip I did NOT leave! So long Health Spa

Been here a couple times and they have been more than hospital, the massage itself can leave a bit to be desired but they always fix whatever issue I have going on. Nothing better than coming here on a day off to de-stress

They went above and beyond. Added on a 4 handed massage to help me with my leg injury. Feedback was welcome, and went 15 minutes additional.

Takes good care of customers.
