I was having some shoulder and upper back pain from exercise and overuse of my arm. Esi listened carefully and asked detailed questions to help best determine the course of treatment. The massage was very focused on the area of my arm where I needed help. I left feeling relaxed and with some regained mobility in my shoulder. Esi was incredibly knowledgeable she didn’t just rub over knots or tension she knew exactly how to work the areas to melt the tension and alleviate knots. Clean relaxing space not spa definitely more medical professional but very relaxing low lights nice calming music- def recommend especially if you want to feel good the rest of the day not just the time on the massage bed!

I've visited HECM Wellness twice and each time has been great. The massage room has just the right lighting and atmosphere to help you unwind. I’ve been having hip pain for months, and after one session, Esi managed to significantly reduce my pain. She really took the time to understand the issue in detail, and was thoughtful about what she was doing. Would defintiely recommend!

HECM has converted me! No more "namby-pamby" massages for me. I want "Therapeutic - Change my Life - Feel Great Massages" from here on out! I will be getting my fifth massage from Esi House of HECM in a couple of days and I'm so looking forward to it! Over our previous four sessions, Esi released stuck fascia, freed joints, gave me back full use of my left thumb, and more! Regarding my left thumb: I inadvertently injured it years ago through repeated overextension by holding a phone that was too big for my hand. I had lost mobility and strength and it hurt whenever I attempted to open a bottle top. I didn't even think it was "fixable" and then came session three. OMG! While there was a bit of pain involved, I knew from Esi's previous therapeutic work on my left shoulder, shins, calves, and lymphatic system there would be freedom in my future. Esi's hands are truly magical. It's been seven weeks and my thumb is still 100%. Esi is freeing all of the stuckness in my body. I have more mobility and energy and less soreness. Esi is a wonderful. She takes a full history and knows what you need and want. She deals with any concerns you may have. I had a terrible neck and scapula pain from a bad sleep. I had it for over 2 weeks. She worked it our and within three days it was gone. Well worth your time and money.
