I highly recommend Brandy and her practice to all! Brandy is beyond accommodating and is truly driven to help her clients. Thanks to her amazing work, I managed to regain better control of my posture which fixed my chronic shoulder and neck pain I was having. She offers many other add-on services to her massages and I suggest having a cupping session added in, total game changer!

Brandi is a wonderful masseuse. Since finding Brandi she is the only person I trust to go to locally. And she also is a wonderful person, truly kind and is always giving back to the community. Her rooms are also very clean, and always have a great ambiance. Definitely 5/5 star!

Brandi gives a fantastic massage, her spa is impeccably clean and quiet and it’s always a relaxing enjoyable experience. Brandi is the only massage therapist to be able to use enough pressure with her elbow techniques for my liking. She has great customer service and willingness to accommodate and be flexible when scheduling. I’m always greeted with a smile from Sommarah at the front desk, who also gives me thorough follow up instructions after my massage.

Helping Hands massage is the best adult and pediatric massage therapist we have ever encountered. Not only has she helped the adults in our family that have needed therapeutic massage but our child with special needs is able to get regular support from Brandy for his physical needs. However she also goes above and beyond and cares for his emotional needs as well with little things like distraction during sessions that are specifically tailored for kids with special needs. Brandy is a gem in our community and her location at the Wilton mall is so convenient!

Brandy had magical hands, her in home studio is so peaceful.. Her studio is extremely clean. I always arrive knotted and twisted like a pretzel.. I get deep tissue w hot stones massage . By the time I leave I’m like a chunk of jello.. Her strong hands and gentle personality make for the best massage. Guaranteed you won’t be dissatisfied..I’ve been getting massages all my life she is by far the BEST!! Her prices are absolutely the most reasonable I’ve ever paid I almost feel guilty .. Honestly I can't say enough good things about this place and the wonderful Brandi. I have had many massages from many different therapists and I've had good ones and I've had OK ones (not sure if i've ever had a bad one) BUT BUT BUT - Helping Hands is THE PLACE to go if you want a truly wonderful massage. When you look at the images attached to google reviews you might think that perhaps a more 'spa looking' (from the outside) establishment would be better. Do not let that stop you from trying this place. I guarantee you will agree that it is well worth your investment and it truly is money well spent. The massage room is warm, comfortable, clean and the perfect location for a massage. Much thought has gone into the ambience and the look and feel of the room and it shows. Brandi is knowledgeable, friendly, warm and has the perfect technique for getting to those knots and tired sore muscles. With constant reassurances and questions around pressure (too little, too much) you will literally be transported into physical bliss. 10 out of 10 - does not disappoint - thank you Brandi !

Definitely one of the best massages of my life, and I get many because I fully believe in the health benefits. Brandi’s medical background combined with her amazing strong and healing hands, leaves you not just relaxed but truly healed from your personal body tightness and aches. I was amazed how just 2 sessions with her healed hip issues I’d been having for months that no other therapists were able to resolve. I’m extremely bummed that I live 2-1/2 hours away or I’d be a regular client every 2 weeks! Oh well, on my annual trip to Saratoga Springs you can be sure my itinerary will include a couple of massage therapy sessions with Helping Hands 518! Brandi was very professional best massage I have ever had. I have medical issues and Brandi actually took the time to listen to me and address them.Most relief I have had in years. Would highly recommend!
