I booked a 90-minute couples massage for Sunday, July 21st, and drove 40 minutes each way, only to have the appointment canceled at the last minute. I rescheduled for the following Sunday, July 28th, and once again, they canceled at the last minute. Determined to give them one last chance, I made a final appointment for August 4th at 3 PM. When we arrived, we waited for 15 minutes before I called, only to be told that our masseuse was busy massaging a friend and that we should come back at 4:15 PM. We returned at 4:15, waited until 4:30, and still didn't receive the service we had paid for. To add to the frustration, getting a refund was a cumbersome process. This is a terrible way to run a business. What should have been a relaxing date turned into a stressful and disappointing experience with a lot of wasted time and driving. I strongly advise staying away from this place. They are unreliable and untrustworthy.

I would like to give them NEGATIVE stars. This place IS A SCAM! Run for your life! My partner and I bought a Groupon and when we went to claim it and reserve our couples massage and they said they would not honor it even though it is still an active offer on Groupon and won’t refund us and told us to take it up with Groupon. I have called all day and now waiting for a call back but they are nasty rude people and this business should be shut down for trying to steal peoples money. Do not give a cent to these clowns!

I was worried about my experience because I saw the online reviews, but my friend gave me a gift certificate, and my back was tight, so I decided to go. The massage was excellent, the place was quiet and clean, and it made me feel very relaxed.

I found a great deal for a 30 minute massage here on Groupon. The gentleman who gave me my massage seemed very nice, and like he knew what he was doing. However, he did not appear to speak or understand much English. This resulted in me not being able to explain what was going on with my back (the whole reason I was there) and in me getting walked in on half-dressed. He simply disappeared without a word, then when I finally decided he wasn't coming back and stood up to get dressed, he walked back in. In 40 years of getting fairly regular massages, I've never had that happen. The massage was also REALLY painful. I assume that unless specified otherwise, the Swedish massage is the default choice, but this felt more like deep-tissue. The Groupon deal was a good one, but I'll probably look elsewhere next time.

Terrible experience, stay away. Inappropriate touching by a woman who was clearly not trained. Very little privacy. She left the door open to my massage room as she dealt with another customer who entered.

SO happy i Massage & Foot Spa is here!!! We needed this in Jupiter east. I had a wonderful experience yesterday! Ken gave me a terrific combo massage. Understands pressure/trigger points via Chinese medicine and I left feeling so much better than I came! The space is beautiful, renovated, fresh, and CLEAN! The lighting was beautiful and dim and I will be back regularly!!

My wife and I got the foot massage and enjoyed it very much. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. We will definitely be back
