Inkwells Tavern

I am completely impressed with Inkwells! We have lived here for years and finally decided to check it out from all the reviews and fb posts. So glad we did! We stopped in for the brunch special, the food was creative, delicious, and plated well. I had the banana nut French toast, and my hubby had the almond French toast. Delicious! The table next to us had bloody marys that looked divine. So that will be something I get next visit! We run an airbnb, so this will definitely be a place I refer our guests to.

So they are moving across the street to a new location, (soon I guess) so food was limited. Bar tender was great and made some fantastic drinks from scratch. Small little place, but food was good and people at the bar were friendly.

I had a really great experience at Inkwells Tavern tonight with a group of friends. I work downtown and have an office about one block away, but never stopped by for food or a drink. I now found that to be a mistake. I have an eye for cleanliness, and everything in there was very clean. I went to the restroom, and upon leaving saw how well the commercial kitchen was taken care of. Wow. The food was outstanding per some comments from friends. The atmosphere was laid back and the drinks were great. I will definitely be back to play some pool, enjoy the many tasty food options, and enjoy the drinks.

Fantastic little eatery. Clean, quant and friendly with great service. We went for breakfast/brunch. The Bloody Marys are excellent and the food was delicious. Thank you for a wonderful morning.

Amazing place to visit and get some really great food. I highly suggest the sausage gravy and biscuits!!!! And while your at it get a tattoo

Stopped in after a show to grab a bite to eat. Our party consisted of two vegan and one gluten free individuals. They accommodated our dietary needs and the owner even stepped out to buy fresh lettuce as they got swamped earlier. We came in pretty late for a Sunday and the food was outstanding! The vegan sandwich was so good that I purchased one to take home with me to eat for lunch the next day and I have never done that before. They set us up with samples of other vegan dishes they had and it was all amazing! Who would’ve thought that this bar pub style restaurant would serve us better vegan meals than the higher end places we’ve been! My family is beyond happy with the service and generosity that was shown to us. Without a doubt you must stop in and grab a bite if you find yourself in this town. Much respect and appreciation from the Masser family! 5+stars!!!
