I went to Jessica for cupping to help with Achilles tendonitis. I have been to PT, had stem cell therapy and PRP injections for this issue with little improvement, so I wasn't super hopeful...but holy cow! It worked!!! I've gone back to working out and am reasonably pain free. I see her monthly and remain pain free! Also, I've been to Andra for integrative message and it has also been remarkably helpful!

Clean and tidy space and the staff are wonderful. They were quick to reply to emails prior to me making my appointment which made for the perfect experience. Don't forget to bring cash for the an optional tip (they are very much worth every dime!)

Myofascial release therapy has been extremely effective for me. I came to Raleigh with a list of issues originating primarily from an injury which was followed by several surgeries. He has significantly helped me with range of motion in ankle and hip and releasing a lot of soreness. Raleigh is clearly highly advanced in this modality and is very gracious about sharing information with you to consider or practice at home. If you're on the fence about whether to explore this, do not hesitate. It's also incredibly relaxing.
