I have been to at least 7 different massage therapist and I can honestly say, no one has been able to help me the way Mik does at Insightful Massage. You pay for a flat rate of minutes - and what ever your body needs in that time - it gets. She will use cupping, stones, rollers (I’m sure there is a technical term here), and feet. You heard that right. Feet (if requested). She is certified in shiatsu and extremely good at it! She is honestly the only person that I know will absolutely listen to me abundantly change her techniques or methods based on my wishes - she always tries to better meet my needs. ☺️ I would give here a 100/10! AMAZING!

I am very pleased with Mikaela at Insightful massage. Every time I get a massage I am impressed with the ease of communication and the effectiveness of her abilities. I have spine issues and she is wonderful about focusing on my problem areas to help me minimize my pain. She is extremely knowledgeable, intuitive every time and has the power to deliver effective deep tissue massage. I have always left feeling better than when I arrived and I'm happy to have found such an awesome massage therapist.

Mik is absolutely the best massage therapist. I am at a computer all day and have pain on my shoulders, neck, back and arms. She works the knots out using various methods and within a day or two I have little or no pain. I go in once a month to keep the knots at bay and feel like a new person. I have recommended her to several people. Thanks Mik!

Mikaela is a fantastic massage therapist! She really listens to my concerns and addresses it with the massage therapy needed to help the pain. She has many different techniques for pain relief (especially hip pain and TMJ pain!) and I truly feel better after a session with her. I highly recommend her!!

Mik is amazing! I drive from Douglas for her at least monthly. She is an expert. Her place is warm and inviting. She is very easy to talk to and knowledgeable. I leave feeling amazing. You will not regret the time you spend with her!

Mik did amazing. I couldn’t believe the knots she was able to work out. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to what she does and listens to you and what your needs are. I would recommend her to anyone!

Mikaela is a very thoughtful and kind person. She cares about her clients and makes sure that they are comfortable and heard. When I tell Mikaela I am needing work on certain area, she listens and when I am not wanting to make that decision, she remembers what I have needed work on in the past and focuses on those places. I am thankful to have Mikaela as my massage therapist.

Insightful Massage is the best! She has the strongest hands ever and always works to get all the knots out of my back. She is friendly and accommodating! I have recommended her to several friends and they agree!
